Dynojet Power Commander V Quick Shifter Sensor

Normally during "up shifting" you must roll off of the throttle and pull in the clutch in order to engage the next higher gear. In racing (both drag and road race), split seconds count. Rolling off the throttle, even slightly, slows your times and can be the difference between winning and losing. The Dynojet Quick Shifter (DQS) allows full throttle, clutch less shifting. This is done by momentarily cutting the fuel and or ignition, which unloads the transmission. During this time, the rider can shift up to the next gear without rolling off the throttle or using the clutch.

Pressure Shift Sensor - This universal sensor mounts inline with the shift rod. The customer must provide the appropriate "length and thread" shift rod. This sensor is available in both "push" and "pull" styles depending on the direction the shift rod moves during an up shift. For most applications, a Shift Rod Kit is available.

Linear Travel Sensor Kit - For applications where a bike does not have a shift rod, or the Shift Rod Sensor will not fit, we offer a Linear Travel Sensor. One end of this sensor is mounted to the shift lever itself and the other to a fixed point on the chassis. This sensor is available in both "push" and "pull" style to suit all installations. A universal mounting kit is included.

Makes a big difference. Loose no time while climbing gears
I put the DynoJet Quickshifter on my 04 R6 when I installed the power commander and I must say it is a fun accessory. Lay on the throttle and shift up without using the clutch. I don't think I would ever want to ride another bike without one. However, I do experience an issue with it occasionally... Sometimes it acts sort of glitchy or has a lag which causes the RPMs to jump up rapidly but I have been told it may be because I am either up shifting too hard, or because I am up shifting not hard enough, in other words, P***y shifting... Nothing too major... Over all, it makes a big difference in my opinion, would definitely recommend

Works great and barely noticeable
The install of this was fairly easy after I figured out how much I had to cut off the linkage. I ran this to my flashed ecu instead of a power commander and it is fairly simple, one wire to ground and one to the pin out. I had to solder a bigger gauged wire to the original wire because it was to small to make contact with the ecu and lock in place. Very happy with this item and this was the cheapest I found it.

Wonderful product I wish this was the first mod I did to my bike. I highly recommend it I even use the quick shifter when I'm just gliding threw traffic. I recommend get the push and pull type unless you are 100% sure if you have either or I didn't know so I wanted to be same. Install was quick and simple took about 15 minutes

Works great!
This product works great and looks good installed. I got the push and pull type sensor so I have the option later to switch between standard and GP shift patterns rather than have to buy a whole new sensor. Get the push and pull type if you ever think you may change, it'll save you money in the long run. Quick shifting is a blast on the cbr1000rr

Easy installation, works good
I put this on my cbr track day bike along w/ the piggyback PC quickshift unit. Installation was pretty straight forward although the linkage called out by PC was too short by 2". Either way, the sensor itself is good quality and works very well.
