Soles don't last long at all
Soles:
I've only worn them for a few months of almost daily use and the soles on the ball of the foot are completely bare. The "tread" is not even a mm thick. It didn't take long to wear through them.

Grip:
I bought the waterproof version and they are super slippery with the slightest hint of water after the soles went bare. They even slip on my rubber cushioned foot pegs. It kind of defeats the purpose of having a waterproof boot.

Fit:
My feet are just a hair above regular width. I usually wear a size 9 but got a size 10 since others were saying they run narrow and small. It still took a few days of pain to break them in on the toe box. I was scared they weren't going to stretch enough on the width.

Comfort:
They are quite comfy but the waterproof version can get muggy after a few hours of use. After several hours of walking around at work. it will get uncomfortable.

Ventilation:
non existent.

Conclusion:
I have plenty of Dainese products but I would not ever buy these again even at half of MSRP. I only got a few months use out of them. I really only use them in the winter for casual wear not on a motorcycle.

Amazing shoes
Very comfortable shoes. I am honestly surprised. My only complaint is that they are very hard to get on and off. But once they're on, you're golden.

Awesome riding sneaker
Sick looking sneaker, goes great with jeans, looks like you're wearing Chuck Taylors. Feels comfortable and durable too. I wear these for quick rides around the city.

Minor complaints: the black/anthracite is definitely darker in person than the pictures, but still looks good. I also wish the laces were thicker; currently they feel kind of "loose".

Love these!
I got these because I did not want a full race boot for around town. They are more stylish and with jeans look really good and offer great protection. They are little difficult to get on and off but feel great.

Awesome Shoes
I have just received these as I bought on line without trying on. The advice given for sizing by RevZilla was spot on. Although I tend to wear a size 10 = 43, it was recommended to order the size 44 by Dianese. The fit is excellent in that I have perfect toe space and it is a snug and comfortable fit. Quality of shoe is worth the money. Glad to see they are manufactured in Europe (Romania) and not Asia.

20,000 miles later
I wrote a review last year and wanted to write another to give a long term update on how the shoes lasted. I've had them for 3 years and have covered over 20,000 miles with them between the US and Canada on my Aprilia Shiver and Ducati Panigale.

Major update: The soles disintegrated this year. I thought I was slipping on my Panigale pegs, but it was because the soles were smoothed out towards the balls of my feet.

I don't use these shoes anymore but they did last me 2.5 years and it weren't for the soles I would still use them.

Great Technical Sneaker
Thankfully I haven't tested it's protective capabilities so I can't say much for that. I personally think it's a great looking shoe. I would wear it even if I didn't ride. I've received several compliments on them. I wear the same size in this show as I do my DC sneakers. It is a bit narrower than DCs, but I'd say they run wide so this shoe is average width. Only complaint is my feet get hot on long rides. However, that has more the do with my bike. I have a Moto Guzzi v7 Racer and the exhaust pipes run right under the footpegs (great design...). The base of the shoe is pretty flat (very little arch). My feet tend to get sore if I walk much in them. That should be easily fixed with an insert, but it's not bad enough for me to bother.

Great For Riding In the City
Its a great shoe for bikers made from Dainese. It have a really good fit and it supports the ankle with the "ankle guard".So far,the shoe doesnt bring in water when riding on wet roads so it does not make me feel uncomfortable or make my socks wet.So I can say that is is waterproof. But the downsides are my feet doesnt really have airflow as it feels hot on in the inside when it is hot and humid weather. However it stills a good shoe for bikers and it doesnt really give a problem when moving your feet to change gear up & down.So still 5 star for a good shoe from Dainese.

awesome!
these shoes are great. very stylish with excellent protection and comfort. they do run a bit small and are on the narrow side. i wear a mens 11 US, and ordered a 44 which were too tight all around. i exchanged them for a 45 and now they are perfect. they are a little warm, but i think that is expected given that they are waterproof. they are worth every penny!

I want these, but I'm a girl. How long is the smallest size? I wear 7 US women
A shopper on Apr 30, 2014
BEST ANSWER: I have these in a EU 52. If I'm correct they are equbilent to a size 9. I based that size off of US vans and converse. They fit perfectly and they aren't that long. More slim and snug. I believe there are two versions of this shoe. One with the armor and one without. If you get these WITH then just be prepared cuz they are pretty heavy and I wouldn't wear them walking for more than an hour. But about fitment if you can get them around the same size as your other brand of shoe that you wear they should fit just right.
If wearing a U.S. size 10 what should I get in European size?
A shopper on Sep 4, 2014
BEST ANSWER: The sizing chart worked great..... I used to have a 10; however, after years of cramming my feet in ski boots my feet are now closer to a US 9.5. I bought the WP's in a size 42 and the fit is perfect
I usually wear size 9 US. Should I buy these in size 9 or 1 size larger?
A shopper on Jul 29, 2014
BEST ANSWER: Depending on the shoe I'm between an 8 1/2 and 9 (8 1/2 in Converse). I bought the size 41 in these and they fit well, but are a little narrow at the toe and there isn't any extra room, so you'd probably be ok with a 42. I haven't reviewed these, but I'll note that while the fit seems correct, these feel much more boot-like than I was expecting. I'm definitely happy with them, but be aware they're pretty stiff in the heel and ankle and took a while to break in. Actually gave me a blister on one heel when I tried to wear them every day the first week.
What's the difference between these shoes and the Dainese Street Rocker D-WP? Just the Material?
Bernardo S on Nov 13, 2014
BEST ANSWER: Hi~
Yes. I think, Just material.
I wear a size 11 Converse. What size should i get these shoes in?
A shopper on Aug 31, 2014
BEST ANSWER: I wear size 11 converse as well and I bought the dainese size 11 I should have gotten then size 11 and a half or size 12
Any idea when these will be available? Thanks!
A shopper on Nov 11, 2013
BEST ANSWER: Never mind, I just saw the ETA of February.
Hey, im wondering if the INSIDE of the shoe is flat to the ground for the full legnth from heel to toe? Is the heel raised at all? Thank you
