Pretty good for the price
So these gloves are phenomenal for the price. If you can't afford something with more protection then absolutely get these, I think they have some of the best protection at 50 dollars.

Unfortunately I got to test their protection in a 55mph lowside.

I slid for quite some time, and the first little bit of that was on the palm of my hands. The palms of the gloves gave out immediately and I ended up with a 3cm lacerated hole in one hand and a smaller one in the other. Now after a few days when I was recovering I was thinking man these gloves sucked! But I don't know if that is actually true because who knows, they might have protected me from losing skin on the entire palm.

These gloves are comfy, and other decent protection for their price but I would highly recommend getting better gloves, I would say gloves are the second most important piece of gear (next to helmet of course) because all the road rash i got on my arms and legs (through my summer weight gear) was pretty easy to deal with but those holes in the hands were just awful. And I cant imagine losing skin on your fingers.

TL;DR Awesome for the price, better than nothing, but please please please get some gloves with more protection.

Great protection for the weight
I'm on my 3rd pair of these gloves. What can I say - I crash a lot. Yes, these gloves are lightweight. But they provide surprisingly good protection in the areas that you need it. Both times I went down were lowsides at around 50mph. In one, I was able to put my hand down, in the other, I wasn't. In both instances, I came away with nothing more than a bruise on the heel of my hand. The leather was in bad shape, so these are definitely a one-crash glove, but at this price, who cares?

They're also very comfortable and, since they're thin, break in very well. And as a Texan who rides all summer, they'll keep your hands as cool as can be reasonably expected.

Great Gloves for the AZ heat! Awesome price for what you get.
I've been riding motorcycles since the late 80's early 90's and for the most part gloves these days are so over priced and marketed for looks. Yes there are plenty of good gloves out there but they come at a high price! These cortech gloves fit true to size and are a great bang for the buck. I'm impressed by the quality I got for under $50. I'm 6'3" usually wear an xl or lg glove depending on brand. I went with the lg after reading other reviews & what can I say.... it fits like a glove! I tend to have long narrower hands so the lower inside palm padding could be a little lower but all in all I'm very happy. I would highly recommend these for hot weather riding!

Great product at an even better price
I bought these gloves as my warm weather gloves that I'll use most of the year here in Texas. They have excellent airflow, including a little wire mesh area on the outside two knuckles (protected by the plastic piece you can see in the picture) which really helps to keep the hand cool. They look really, really sweet and fit fairly comfortably, if a tad small. They seem to be breaking it, which is helping them to fit better, but they were a little tight when I first started wearing them.

At this price point, I really like these gloves. They're even nimble enough to allow me to strap/unstrap my helmet without taking my gloves off, which is a big plus in my book.

Happy riding!

Great gloves for the money
I don't have much experience with gloves, but i had to return the RevIt Neutron as they felt small, even in the XL. I decided to try GX Air 3 instead of going with an XXL in the Neutron. The GX exceeded my expectations, especially considering the price. I think they offer better protection than the Neutron, and they just fit better and look better. These run true to size and i was just looking for moderate protection and staying cool in Houston.

A good basic glove that does what it should
Bought the yellow/black glove for visibility. It's not hi-viz but still quite bright.

Pros: comfortable, easy to put on, sizing runs true, good (not great# airflow, good protection #not a one-piece knuckle protector though#, great feel through the glove #not too thick).

Cons: not a one piece knuckle, could use one more layer of leather in the palm for some extra padding, the velcro wrists are a bit long to work with.

For $45 it's hard to go wrong with this glove.

Great warm weather glove
I have been using a pair of these gloves for a few months now. My hands tend to run between a medium and large size. I purchased medium and they were a little small, but I liked them so much that I am ordering another pair in large. I have had other summer weight gloves before, but these are the best I have used.

Overall good glove, feels durable
This is a good medium price range glove, feels durable and looks sweet. My only real issues are the following:
-Runs small, I wear a medium-large glove and the large is a bit uncomfortable due to it being slightly too small(my fingers are slightly too long)
-The velcro straps are small and somewhat annoying to deal with
-Only two knuckles have hard plastic, the other 2 have thick leather but I fear for my larger knuckles if I go down
-The mid-knuckle rubber pieces don't match up very well, but that's possibly due to the glove running small.

Overall it's a good pair of gloves and I have no regrets in buying it as a new rider, for the price you get a pretty solid package and if the sizing was a little better then it'd be a 5/5

A bit tight and lumpy
These were too short at first. I usually buy a large in the Cortech gloves. But their large is usually a bit small for me. The fabric and leather has stretched a bit since I bought them to where the gloves are now comfortable. I've been wearing them commuting for about a month. The hard knuckle armor was very uncomfortable at first but that section of the glove has softened considerably. The two things I still don't like are the pads at the base of thumb and outer hand and the shortness in a couple of the fingers.
The airflow is great - very breathable. For Houston their great. Haven't been rained on yet with them but I'm sure they'll soak through in a couple minutes.
