The Fi2000 PowrPro's Continuously Variable Tuning (CVT) has completely and permanently changed the world of motorcycle fuel injection calibration with the introduction of the Fi2000 PowrPro with CVT. With PowrPro you can say good-bye to EFI "mapping mania" and O2 sensor hassles. The PowrPro reads the bike's EFI delivery at up to 80 times per second every time the throttle is opened to optimize the acceleration air/ fuel mixture, under every kind of load and under all existing conditions.
Rather than attempting to calculate fuel demands only from the air-fuel ratio supplied by your O2 sensors and 'correcting' it to some pre-determined ratio, the Pow'rPro uses a revolutionary dyno: Your crankshaft! By monitoring at a very sensitive level the load being placed on your crank, PowrPro is able to accurately deliver fuel precisely when you need it in the amount that is required. As such, the system sends more fuel under high load, high throttle situations, and less in lighter load and throttle positions. CVT tunes as the Powr Pro reads crankshaft rotation at the flywheel and calculates load just as a dyno measures acceleration at the rear wheel.
