Great tire for my boxer !
My BMW boxer does better with single compound front tires like this T30. This is my third set of Bridgestone Battlaxes and I get good mileage, cornering feel and smooth ride with them. I tour with these, the rears will square off from all the interstate miles, but still do well in the corners. Wet grip has been good, I can continue to motor on, no matter the weather.

So far, so good. Ask again after 10,000 miles.
Very good tire. Previous tire, Battlax 023 ran 19K miles.
This is Bridgestone's replacement for that tire.

Great All-Around Street Tire
I purchased a set of the T30s for my zx14. I ride a lot of hard miles in SoCal twisties, but still do enough commuting to give both aspects in my review. The rear tire wears very quickly(almost done in 3,200 miles), but the front seems to wear closer to iron, but still no grip issues!!! The front tire was keeping me perfectly steady and no feel of slippage in my knee dragging rides, but doesn't show any extreme wear from hard riding or interstate miles. The T30 wears down quick once you hit half-tire life, but the front is showing hardly any wear so far(1,200 miles). I definitely recommend the front for anyone, but especially those who ride hard in all weather conditions. It looks like it's made for cold/rainy weather, but it performs like the 016pro in the dry, also! I love the front, but the rear just doesn't have the life expectancy I need from a touring tire.

Great grip, even new
After having the new Bridgestone Battlax T30s installed, I rode my bike home in 14 degree weather, when the roads had been already salted for an impending snow storm. Ever wary of new tires, I couldn't be sure how these would perform, so I didn't push it too much, but I think my worries were unfounded.

These have great road feel, good grip, even when conditions are nasty and you ride through some slushy stuff. It feels like the contact patch is much larger than it is. I'd happily recommend these to someone else. The front tire soaks up bumps and sidewall seems stiff enough to handle some decent cornering, though I haven't really been dragging knees anywhere!

That said, I'll have to wait and see on longevity, but I'm optimistic these things will roll for 1000s of miles.

Excellent all-around sport touring tire
I've not had the tire long enough to comment on mileage however so far I am nothing but impressed. Smooth ride, excellent grip, lot's of confidence. What more can you expect?

Great tire at a great price!!!
I ride a 2005 BMW 1200 GS and decided to go full street tires on the bike since I wasn't doing any off road and to see if I could get a little better mileage from the tires at a good price. I had Metzlers Tourance before and the front only lasted 5,500 miles. I ride at a fast pace, scraping pegs and I like mixing it up with the crotch rockets in the twisties. I noticed great grip right from the start and the bike feels very planted and it holds it's line very well, I feel very confident about the grip and how the bike settles in the turns with these tires.
I've only ridden 2,000 miles on them so far but they still look brand new. Very happy with these tires.

A bit stiff but wears like a rock
Put this tire on before a 2500 mile round trip on my FJR 1300, mostly super slab. Hit two micro-bursts one in each direction and both front and rear T-30's held and showed no signs of slipping nor hydroplaning. The wear on the front T-30 is very good, actually shows no sign of wear nor cupping, however I only have about 4000 miles on it currently. Compared to the PR2 front, the T-30 is a bit stiffer but seems to be wearing better.

Replaced the 023 tire
This tire is much smoother and I'm able to run lower tire pressure with increase in height being that it made for a heavier bike which is what I had. Tire holds its line in a curve and much better then the 023 tire. If you want better handling and longer mileage this is a excellent choice.
