great value, better styling
I had my eye on a few different modular helmets at this price point. Each had their virtues and drawbacks, but I finally settled on this one because it seemed to have a happy middle ground of the features I was looking for with a graphic design that would be more visible at night, but wasn't quite ready for hi-viz yellow. Hard to find a modular helmet with such an aggressive graphic pattern.

I dig the retractable visor, and the controls on the bottom left side of the helmet are easy to use and I have not had them go off on their own, up or down. That being said, the retracting motion does make a fairly loud clunk when the button is activated and the visor slides up into the helmet which can be distracting, but lets be honest, it's not like you'll be flipping the fighter pilot visor up and down a lot during a ride... at least I don't.

Option to add the photochomatic lens is nice, but it's expensive. Modular function is crisp and haven't had any issues with it, 1000 miles in. I can ride comfortably at highway speed with the chinbar flipped open, doesn't whip my head around like other modulars I've worn. It's louder, but my head doesn't wobble much more, if any, than when it's closed.

Cheek pads were tight and fairly uncomfortable for the first few rides but ZLA CS said that's just the new helmet. After a few rides the pads broke in and now it fits like a glove!

Whatever helmet you're going to buy, if you need it asap, try it on in the store to make sure it fits your head shape then buy it on Revzilla!

No experience in a crash, I'm happy to say, so I can't speak to it's protective capabilities, but it feels sturdy and well built.

Face shield is very easy to change. I upgraded to a dark reflective shield.

Some people noted the magnet fails. I put a quick release helmet clasp modification kit to my helmet so I don't use it anymore, but for the first week or two it held up fine.

I like this bad boy and I get compliments on it frequently

I'm very satisfied !!!
Bought this helmet for my girlfriend who never wore a real helmet in her life. We himmed and hauwed about the helmet is going to be claustrifobic to her. Well yesterday , March 06, we drove over to Daytona for a day on Main Street. We left the house which is about 45 miles away and it was a little cool out, she had her helmet on with the face shield up, and I asked if the helmet is too heavy as we were doing 55 mph on our Roadstar. We did just install our Sena 5 intercoms on the day before, which was real easy to set up in her Evo helmet. Well as we got closer to Daytona it started raining as a cold front came in on us, she had to put her face shield down now, and she was ok with it, not claustrifobic. Turns out the helmet was perfect...

Good Helmet for the money
Bought this helmet as I have a Scorpion Exo900x for my modular solution. The helmet never fit me great, and the air chamber in the neck roll gave up and doesn't keep air in it well any longer, so I went with the Bell as I have another Bell that fits me well.

Pros:
Good fit
Good speaker pockets for communicators
Good latching mechanism
Looks great (to my eyes)

Cons:
Loud. I ride with ear plugs so it's not a huge deal, but when I ride without, and at highway speeds it is very noisy.

The chin curtain is in your direct line of sight when the chin bar is raised. This might be a design plan to prevent you from riding with the chin bar raised, but I find it annoying.

Weight. On long rides the back of the helmet sits on the top of your neck and causes it to ache after a while.

Vision:
With the internal shade visor and the face shield down I get a slight warped view on my peripherals.

Good for the price
I love the helmet, but i hate the sun visor, it distorts the view and is really not dark... i usually just wear glasses under it.
Everything else looks pretty good, the clear visor also distorts the view a little bit, but it works fine

Great product with some added noise.
I've been riding with this for a few weeks now and it feels great. It's got a good look going and I come to love the built-in retractable sun visor. I would like it if they secured the magnet on the strap a little better. A little glue fixed that up quick. They also need to do something about the wind noise. The helmet does an awesome job at blocking out the road and bike noise but the head wind needs to be worked on. Overall I really like this helmet and would recommend it.

Great Helmet for the money
As soon as this helmet arrived I took it on a 1900 mile ride through Texas. I rode through 100 deg temps and a 70 deg thunder storm so I really put it through its paces. I ride a 2015 Harley Davidson Ultra and I am sure the fairing prevents more airflow going through the helmet. Regardless of this I did not feel hot. I think the venting may be a factor in this. The fairing also leads to a much quieter ride overall but I have noticed this helmet being a little louder than what I expected. The best feature of this helmet is the sun visor. Riding in the bight sun of West Texas with no cloud cover can be tough without eye protection and the sun visor adds it without having to wear glasses. My only complaint is that the face shield was leaking on the right side during the rain. Its nothing major but I was a little shocked to see it leaking. Overall this is a great helmet for $200.

Good Value
Before I bought this helmet, I was using a $70 off brand helmet. After using the revolver, I can say there isn't much difference in functionality. The cheaper helmet was actually more functional because the Revolver DOESN'T WORK WELL WITH MY SENA. The internal sun visor mechanism is in a bad spot if you use sena headsets. I don't mind the weight, modular is the way to go for my style of riding. Love the magnetic strip on the D rings. Good helmet for the money, but I wish I would have saved up an extra hundred bucks and got something better.

Extremely loud
This helmet looks and feels great but unfortunately is just too loud to use. Revzilla said in their overview that Bell had improved the wind noise so the original EVO must have been absolutely deafening! This thing is uncomfortably loud at even 30mph. This was my first modular helmet, maybe lots of wind noise is 'unavoidable' but I've had cheapo $50 helmets that were MUCH quieter than this.

Nice helmet ..but one issue
Great helmet. Nice fit, comfort, and features, but a tad disappointed with drop down sun visor. Lots of distortion. Glad I prefer polarized sunglasses anyway. Everything else is great.

This is only my second "full time" helmet. I replaced a well worn Gmax 54s. I planned to get a Gmax 63 but the inner visor lever was in the way of my Sena and I didn't want another top of the helmet slide. The Bell fits a little more snug than the Gmax but is very comfortable. The wind Boise is quite a bit louder than the Gmax but not too bad with earplugs. I would be disappointed with this helmet if it cost > $300, but at <$200 it is a fair value.
