Crash Tested
Unfortunately, I was able to see the true durability of this jacket recently, and I have to say it did what it was supposed to do. The only minor injury is a small rash on my hip where I began my tumble, throughout the sliding and tumbling the jacket protected me all the way to a stop. I walked away with just a few bruises on my elbow and of course the small rash on my hip. The original armor that comes with the jacket held up and protected my entire right side when I slammed into the ground at 60mph . This was my favorite summer jacket for the two years I had it. Thanks AGV for making a solid product.

Great for summer in Florida
I bought this so I could ride with my boyfriend and as long as you remember to take the winter liner out (hehe I forgot the first time I wore it), it has great airflow for riding in the sweltering heat that is the Florida summer! It also has plenty of zippered pockets to carry your stuff, which is normal. Definitely looks better than a leather jacket with tons of fringe on the arms and back you had you borrow from your mom who once owned a bike and fancied herself a "biker" so she bought all kinds of leather fringe. Basically it's a good choice if you have no clue what kind of jacket you need and want to feel safe but not die of heat exhaustion. Seriously though, take that liner out or you will have to literally peel the thing off from the sweat (if you live on the surface of the sun AKA Florida).

having the airflow makes all the difference in the world.!
First off I would like to say that whoever designed this jacket was an absolute genius. it fits very true to the female form which I found very difficult to find in any other jacket. now I'm far from flat chested I'm a 38D and weigh roughly about 175 pounds so any jacket that I tried on I always had trouble fitting over my chest but not this one this one fit absolutely flawlessly right out of the box. having the removable liner is something I've never had before so during the day I take the liner out and I enjoy the temperature when going down the road but it night when I get little bit older to throw that liner in there and I stay very comfortable even at 50 degrees. the added length on the jacket was a wonderful idea every jacket that I had before this one always rides up and always rides my shirts up and the small of my back always gets very cold so that is one of the many features I am thrilled about. this is a great jacket and for the price there's nothing better I will recommend this to everyone.

Decent Jacket
I tend to get really hot in the summer so I wanted a mesh jacket to help keep me cool while riding and have all of the protective elements included. This jacket has a removable waterproof (?) liner that I immediately took out as soon as I tried it on - perhaps I'll zip it back in when the temps are lower in the Fall. With that said, when I return from a ride I'm usually covered in sweat. The mesh seems to be working though because I don't notice the heat until I'm stopped. The jacket has armor in the elbows, shoulders, and a pad for the back.

I knew going in that motorcycle jackets in general tend to have a smaller fit, so I chose the XL to accommodate my 38C bust and I'm glad I did! I have a curvy shape, so the waist is a slightly loose and the arms are a bit long but otherwise the jacket fits just fine. I am certain that a Large would be too tight around the bust to be comfortable. I bought the white/black color combo because I thought it wouldn't be as hot as the other color combos plus I wanted the visibility. It would be awesome if this jacket came in more colors like a bright orange to match my bike. So far so good!

Great summer riding jacket!
I don't know what I'd do without this jacket living in the San Fernando Valley. The airflow is AWESOME! It was 102 degrees today and I rode comfortably during the hottest part of the afternoon. The fit is great, with the tapered waist I actually look like a female while riding. I have the yellow and I love how bright and visible it is. I did replace the back pad because I felt the one if came with was a little flimsy but other than that this is a really great jacket!

Great airflow and very comfortable
Just received this jacket a couple of weeks ago. Airflow is wonderful and the removable waterproof/windproof layer is a great feature considering some of my rides get a bit chilly when out on the coast. I purchased a Large. I'm 6ft 36" chest 29" waist and I was a bit worried that the jacket would be too short but the overall length and sleeve length of the jacket is perfect! Looks and feels great on. Good summertime jacket for the CA coastal weather! :)

Great budget summer jacket
This jacket is a great option for hot weather, with the removable liner and large panels of mesh. I have worn it as a passenger and riding my own bike and the airflow is excellent. Obviously, there is a lot less airflow as a passenger but that is to be expected. I have also used the jacket with the liner in and a long-sleeve shirt to stretch the jacket into early fall when riding around town.

The jacket is surprisingly well-made for the cost and feels nice. I will say the armor is not the softest I've felt, but given the cost, the armor is more than adequate and is comfortable when in the riding position. One of the best things about the fit of this jacket are the stretch panels on the sides which make it feel like a tailored fit regardless of size. It is definitely a European fit-I am 5'6" and 120lbs with a fairly slim upper body and the XS fits me perfectly.

Overall, really happy with this jacket for the money.

everything i hoped it would be!!
just got this jacket today from revzilla and i love it already! this is my first mesh jacket. i have a leather jacket that i love very much but i just cant handle the heat any longer!
i searched high and low for a ladies jacket that didnt look like it was meant for a man and loved the look of this online. it didnt disappoint in person! very flattering for a womans figure. i was worried about sizing and thought for sure the sleeves would be too short but i followed the sizing chart and it fits perfectly!! i am 5'7", 118lbs and ordered the XS.
love all the features of this jacket- great pockets, liner is very nice and is easy to remove, love the soft collar, long zipper pulls are handy, the accordion panels down the sides are wonderfully stretchy, and i love that the manufacturers outer labeling is kept to a minimum. but the best part is the air flow!!! im not suffocating at the stop lights anymore! bring it on texas summer! i am ultra pleased w this jacket. all that for 98$?!! a steal.

Great jacket for summer riding.
Though I have little to compare it to, since it's my first summer riding jacket, I really love this jacket. It fits perfectly (made sure to measure myself for the fit), it's highly visible according to my boyfriend when he followed me home in his car one night, and it's been great for riding in rain with the liner in. The breath-ability of the jacket is good too--it gets very hot and humid in Philadelphia in the summers, and I've been very comfortable in nearly all conditions with this jacket. The pockets are helpful, the armor feels reliable, though I've thankfully not had to find out for sure, and it looks great, too.
