Bobby Buchsbaum has been in love with motorcycles since long before he was allowed to own one, in love with sport bikes since long before they were produced, and has been in love with motorcycle roadracing since his first day at a racetrack, almost 40 years ago. Through the decades, he dabbled with roadracing, built several machines that were featured in national publications such as Cycle World, Motorcylist and Sport Rider magazines, a few of which won WERA National Roadracing Championships. More than 20 years ago, he was a co-founder of Reduc Sportbike Association, the first trackday club east of California, which originated the class and rules format that the largest and most popular organizations used as a model, and most of which still use today.

Now working at Revzilla's retail store in Philadelphia, he has been selling motorcycle protective wear for over 20 years and is well known by many of the major manufacturers in that industry not only for his expertise and passion, but also for being honest and forthright with his opinions (often at the expense of gentility and political correctness) and more than eager and willing to debate those opinions with those who have different perspectives. He can often be seen in his spare time either pedalling one of his bicycles along Kelly Drive or in Wissahickon Park, or scraping his knees on the pavements of local racetracks during trackdays on one of his immaculately prepared racebikes, identifiable by the color-matched RevZilla stickers.

His preference for protective gear on track is for Dainese race suits, of which he has two (a Laguna Seca Pro and a Trickster Evo), Sidi boots, of which he also has two, but is frothing at the mouth for the new Mag One and the order is in), several gloves he owns and uses, including those from REV'IT!, Sidi, Held and Knox, and although he has a personal helmet collection that now is close to 40 pieces, he primarily wears his Shoei X12 Marquez replica or the newest of his four Russell replicas, an Arai Corsair.

Favorite part of being on TeamZilla: Energy.
