The evolution of the AX-8 is here. AGV’s AX-8 and AX-8 DS were the most aggressively styled dual sport/dirt/supermoto helmets we’d ever laid eyes on at their release. The updated versions, such as the AGV AX-8 EVO Naked, continue that trend, and don’t disappoint in the style and features department. If you are a rider looking for the highest end materials and fashion, you even have the choice of the AX-8 EVO Naked Carbon helmet that will stand out in any crowd. While remaining mostly the same, the key upgrades on the EVO come in the form of the re-engineered shape of the chin bar, the improved interior padding, and upgraded hardware.

The newly designed chin bar allows for reduced trauma if the chin bar impacts against the rider, with a wider and softer edge. Increased thickness and redeveloped interior padding allows for a more comfortable fit and improved feel, and the visor screws are now aluminum for greater durability. With features carrying over from its predecessor such as the SSL fiberglass/carbon/kevlar shell in 3 sizes, great ventilation, and a fully removable Dri-Lex liner, along with an anti-scratch/anti-fog visor and removable breath deflector and chin guard on the DS model, the AGV AX-8 EVO family continues to be an impressively light and full-featured helmet in this category from AGV.
