Participation constitutes entrant's agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules.  The “#Tag & Win Contest” runs on a recurring monthly basis, where entries are accepted between 12:01 AM, Eastern Time (“ET”) on the first day of each month until 11:59 PM on the last day of each month. After a sweepstakes period has ended, a winner will be chosen at the sole discretion of RevZilla, based on the following rules and guidelines detailed. Sweepstakes is sponsored by RevZilla.com, LLC, 4020 South 26th St Philadelphia, PA, 19112 (the "Sponsor").

ELIGIBILITY:  Sweepstakes is open to all legal residents of any country who has the age of majority in his or her state, and are at least 18 years of age or older as of the first day of each month where the sweepstakes are opened. Employees, officers and representatives of RevZilla (the “Sponsor”), and any of their immediate family members, household and those of any corporate affiliates, subsidiaries, licensors, dealerships, distributors, retailers, sales representatives, advertising and promotion agencies and any other entities directly associated with this Promotion (together the “Released Parties”)  are also not eligible to participate. Participation constitutes entrant's agreement to and acceptance of these official rules. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.Void where prohibited by law.

HOW TO ENTER: During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible participants will be invited to use their personal social media accounts on Instagram or Twitter to post photos of themselves and/or their motorcycles and/or their motorcycle gear. Submissions to Instagram or Twitter must use the hashtag “#RevZilla” to be considered as a valid entry. Of the valid entries, only photos that include BOTH a revzilla sticker (of any kind) AND a motorcycle, motorcyclist, or motorcycle gear will be considered to win.
Any submission that includes statements, or photos that are deemed inappropriate, indecent, obscene, or disparaging of the Sponsor, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, will be disqualified. By submitting a photo, the Participant verifies their ownership of the photo and authorization to use the Instagram or Twitter account associated with the post. Any photos that are not owned by the Participant, or submissions that are used without the permission of the Instagram or Twitter account holder will automatically be disqualified. The Sponsor shall have the right to edit, adapt and publish any or all of the submissions, and may use them in any media in association with the Sweepstakes without attribution or compensation to the Participant, his/her successors or assigns, or any other entity unless prohibited by law.

DETERMINING THE WINNER:  One winner will be selected the week following the close of each month. Winners will be picked from all eligible entries received before 11:59 PM “ET” on the last day of each month by the staff of RevZilla. The winners chosen will be shown at http://www.revzilla.com/social-feed within one week after the close of each month.

PRIZE:  Each month, up to two winners will be selected. RevZilla reserves the right to pick 0 winners if no eligible submissions are posted to #RevZilla OR if all eligible submissions lack quality, creativity, or common sense. Winner Type 1 will be chosen based on the creative use of RevZilla stickers in their submission and will receive $100 in Team ZillaCash, which will be added to their account within 48 hours of being chosen as the winner. Winner Type 2 will be chosen based on the creative use of a logoed RevZilla box and will receive $100 in Team ZillaCash, which will be added to their account within 48 hours of being chosen as the winner. Winners subject to verification and validation of official rules by RevZilla staff. TeamZillaCash has no cash value other than on RevZilla.com and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit to a credit card. Any TeamZillaCash earned prior to termination of this program will be honored according to the terms and conditions of the program. Shipping charges do not count towards TeamZillaCash calculation totals. TeamZillaCash may not be combined with other promotions.  TeamZillaCash may not be earned or redeemed in conjunction with price matched orders or discounts.  Customers must be logged into their RevZilla.com account for the TeamZilla Rewards Club benefits to take effect. Due to manufacturer restrictions, some brands of products may be excluded from the Team ZillaCash Rewards program.

PRIZE CONDITIONS:  The Winner may be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility, W9 and Liability/Publicity Release form to be returned within 24 hours of initial notification depending on the value of their prize package. If they cannot be contacted within 24 hours of the initial drawing then an alternate Winner may be selected. By accepting any prize, the prize winners agree to release the Sponsor from any and all liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind caused by entering the promotion or for damages of any kind caused by any prize or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use/misuse of prize awarded. All local, state and federal taxes are solely the responsibility of the winner. No substitution or transfer of prize will be permitted. The Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to substitute any prize package with another prize of equal or greater value in the event that the prize (or any component thereof) is not available. The winner’s entry, and acceptance of the prizes offered constitutes permission (except where prohibited) for the Sponsor to use said winner’s name, photograph, likeness, statements, biographical information, voice and address (city and state), in all forms of media, in perpetuity, without notice or further compensation. Winning is contingent upon US residency.

INTERNET LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY:  If for any reason this Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of the Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes in whole or in part, at any time, without notice and award the prizes using all non-suspect eligible entries received. No responsibility is assumed for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries, or for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or telephone lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received by Sponsor on account of technical problems, human error or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participation in the Contest or downloading any materials in the Contest.
 CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CONTEST IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES OR OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON (S) RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a winner based on an e-mail address, the winning entry will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at time of entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational, institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.

DISPUTES:  Except where prohibited, you agree that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in the State of Pennsylvania. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, your rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Pennsylvania or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Pennsylvania.
