Well worth the $$$
I am 6'4" with 37" arms. Tough to find jackets that fit. The XL jacket has rider forward arms that are a little longer in the shoulders which allow comfort with riding, but don't bunch up while wearing casually. Wonderful jacket. Great looking and extremely well made.

Best jacket I've owned. Performs great even in single digit temps while riding

Purchased this to replace a long time Sledn' jacket that's seen its day. This KLIM is everything they advertise, and I am pleased with the purchase. It's a tad bit on the smaller size of a Mens Medium, so wearing that extra layer makes it tight, but don't really need it with this jacket, one thermal shirt and the jacket was plenty warm on a 20 degree day out riding in CO.. The one item I do not like about it, the hand pockets are small. Other then that, great jacket.

I ware this jack everyday... around town, on the slopes and for my commute to work. Plenty of great pockets in and out.
My commute involves a half-hour snowmobile ride up Mt. Mansfield, Highest peak in VT. On days like today with temps of -20°F winds gusting 50Mph that makes for -60°F wind-chill. This jacket keeps me nice and cozy. Nothing fancy on underneath just a button up cotton shirt and light weight poly fleece.
Recently I rolled a sled going some where in the order of 15-20Mph, I slid for 10-15 Ft... this jacket still looks new!

A shopper asked:I am torn between this and the Vector. If both are running 200 gram Thinsulate shouldn't they be about the same in warmth? Also, I tried a Klimate on with a Klim Tek Vest. There was a lot of room in the shoulders and the fit was great. How does the cut on the Klimate compare to the Vector? Can I wear the Tek Vest comfortably with the Vector?
Stevan P:The cut on both jackets will be very similar and you should be fine with the Size you had the chance to try. The Vector has more features than the Klimate offering better venting, Water Resistant YKK Zippers in Exposed Areas, reflective embroidered logos and different pocket configuration.Jan 10, 2012
