Joshua Shelly c/o Shoenhut P:Hi Steven, I bought the full trc system for my 2012 cbr 250 at the end of last year... I never actually dialed in the mpg for that bike but I read that driven mildly it gives around 77... I coukdn't exactly say if I decreased it but I can say the bike ran much better, it seemed like it wasn't breathing well with the factory exhaust... Not to mention after I removed it I coukdn't believe how heavy it was... Seems like more that 25 lb.s worth the metal... The yoshi is half that and weight makes more of a difference than people realize. It increased the horsepower noticeably but I don't know how much... It also sounds good and loud and being heard is good on the street. I crashed once because the guy that pulled out in front of me, "didn't see me" on another bike. The install is easy for the mildly mechanically inclined, I think it was around 6 bolts to remove and reinstall... The directions were explanitory enough, make sure you have a new exhaust port gasket ($5). If you plan in keeping the bike a while, it's worth it... I put mine on and ended up trading the bike in for a 600... I took the exhaust off that I still have, however I bought the the yoshi for the 600 I have now... Not an easy install but it lives up to it's name. I hope this helps you.
Carlos P:As far as the MPG goes I cant say exactly cause I dont really keep track of it. I can tell you the full exhaust system allows for more air flow into your bike.... I have also a K&N high flow air filter so it helps too. As soon as the full exhaust was completely installed I felt the difference as far as torque and also acceleration. You wont regret this thing. Keep in mind though that with the full exhaust you will also need to modify the flow of gas that runs through the engine (you need a power commander with a fuel flow map for this) overall its a great addition in my opinion if not one of the best you can add to your bike if you trying to customize to your own. Andrew W:When babing the bike and shifting at a low rpm, The fuel mileage is the same as stock.
When ripping hard and shifting at 7000-9500 the Milage was slightly worse than stock, but not by much.
Totally worth it sounds amazing with silencer in especially on the highway. Easy install aswell.
