Good bang for the buck.
This lock is very sturdy. I doubt it could be cut or picked. It's a lock so all I can say is that it seems to be doing it's job and is pretty easy to put on and remove. You must be quick about it with this one as motion sets off the alarm and it is piercing .. very loud.
For a deterrent it does it's job.

VERY LOUD
The alarm is crazily loud enough for security. It works well with a minor movement of the brake disc. A little bit too expensive tho.

Heavy
Seems like it will do the job, the only problem is if you have a solid disk, like on the rear of a Super Tenere, with an abs/tc hub the disks lock wont work. You have to have a gap on the inside of the disk for it to bolt over the entire disk.

Does what it is designed to do!
No complaints! Everything as described. Check out the WebBikeWorld review if you want to know everything about it. The storage pouch included is kind of awkward to attach but stays put and does its job. Xena was great to include six extra batteries and three keys with the lock. The alarm is very loud, but could be louder. What's worse (thieves stop reading, spoilers ahead!) is that you can cover the alarm speaker with your hand and effectively mute the sound. Even so, the lock isn't coming off without plastic explosives. It's heavy and tough all around. In the end, though, it's still just a disc lock with a basic alarm--but if you're looking for a disc lock, this is as good as it gets and that's the bottom line.
