LOW EFFORT - EXCELLENT CLEARANCE Mechanics appreciate both the easy lift effort and ample workseat clearance around the front wheel!! EXTRA DETAILS Save that fender!!! PVC Coated stand tip for fender scratch protection. POWERCOAT FINISH Woodcraft stands have one of the toughest, most expensive powder coat finishes available today. XL WHEELS Woodcraft's trademark extra large quad 4" wheels are extremely stable and facilitate lifting the bike on rough surfaces. NON-SLIP BOTTOM Another Woodcraft touch - non-slip rubber bottom skid pads. TOTAL ADJUSTABILITY Adjustable height upper stanchion allows use on all bikes from a RS125 to a ZX12 and accounts for variable wheel heights and fenderrances.
Requires one lift pin to be purchased separately. If you are unsure which pin you require, check the chart.
It is one of the best items in my track trailer - to be able to swivel the front end and keep it elevated for tire warmers and maintenance is easy and very useful. Thanks.

Great, but could use more safety features
I get paranoid when my bike is off it's wheels. This stand uses tension screws to hold the sliding top peice stable. While this makes it higly adjustable, it comes at the cost of saftey. Over tighten the screws and you'll dent the pipes, under tighten and the stand may slide down while you're working. I don't think it's dangerous, but pins would be a much more stable solution. Also, there is no locking mechanism for the pivots. Make sure to adjust the stand such that it can't rotate back easily.
Build quality and finish are phenominal

Looks great! Makes friends jealous.
Very well made front stand. Engineering is top notch. This stand will probably last longer than my racing career will.

back to Woodcraft
For my race bike I used to have a set of Woodcraft stands but I decided to sell sell them and buy Pitbull stands at the same time I bought the Pitbull trailer restraint system for my trailer.
Although the quality of materials in Pitbull products is very good and the rear stand was good I did not like the Hybrid Forklift front stand and after using it half a dozen times decided to get rid of it.
So I am back to Woodcraft stands and I am happy with them.

Darrin W: I've had Woodcraft stands in the past...owned several other brands more and less expensive. These stands are the best bar none. Dollar for dollar you will not find a better stand that functions properly.Mar 25, 2014
Jason C:Yes it will work on a 2005 R6 as long as they buy the correct size pin to go with it. I'm not sure what size pin is required on that bike. They'll need to measure the hole at the bottom of the steering head.Nov 22, 2013
