this is exactly what i needed
After installing the vortex rear set to my gsxr, I had no rear brake indicators until I found this inline switch, works great and also saves me from installing the lever switch I was going to!

Does what it says
purchased this to facilitate the installation of my new rearsets. When selecting threads, I followed the info on the webpage and had no problems. I liked this one because it had a cleaner, more finished look.

Jeff J:This is a direct replacement for your banjo bolt and secures to your brake line. It's a pressure activated switch. It's a very easy install, but you will have to bleed the line(s) again. Make sure you order the correct thread pitch for your application. Jun 25, 2014
Chris M:It replaces the banjo bolt. Very simple - Doesn't come with instructions. It has a pressure sensor switch in the bolt that makes contact when the brake system is pressurized (braking). The thread pitch has to match your factory banjo bolt for it to fit.Jun 24, 2014
Jeffrey B:The old banjo bolt on the rear brake master cylinder needs to be removed. Then place the new brake light switch banjo bolt into the master cyclinder. Splice the two wire leads into the rear tail light plug and your good to go.Jun 25, 2014
Curtis L:The 1.25mm switch works for the big 3 Japanese manufactures. It worked perfect on my 2012 Yamaha YZF-R1 (annerversy edition). But be careful when splicing the wire, cause you don't want to cut it too short. Jan 13, 2014
