Two Brothers M-2 VALE Slip-On Exhaust Kawasaki Ninja 250 R

Slip-On exhaust systems replace your existing “s-bend” pipe and exhaust canister. Two Brothers' s-bends are manufactured from .035" thin wall stainless steel. They then polish them to a satin finish. Two Brothers' uses only #304 stainless which will never rust.

After a few heat cycles the steel turns a golden amber color which is the characteristic signature of high quality stainless steel.

These systems not only add horsepower but also can drop significant weight from your bike. This type of canister can be mounted in the original canister position or in a “high” mounted canister position depending on the bike.

The entire line of TBR M Series canisters feature the same high level of quality construction and are designed to be fully serviceable in the event of damage, routine maintenance or the occasional repack. Two Brothers Racing's V.A.L.E.™ slip-on exhaust systems and flange-on systems feature CNC'ed aluminum inlets. These special designs provide for ease of maintenance as well as simplified construction, which is what a premium performance product is all about! The exhaust note produced by all of their Top Level™ exhaust systems is best described as being deep and throaty without suffering from the shrill whine normally associated with other manufacturer's straight through muffler canisters.

V.A.L.E. = Variable Axis Locking Exhaust. The V.A.L.E.™ system is TBR's revolutionary and patented method of attaching their muffler canisters to the exhaust tube without the use of springs or welding. Their V.A.L.E. systems allow the muffler assembly - exhaust tube and canister - to be positioned perfectly on the bike before all the mounting hardware is fully tightened. Once the canister and exhaust tubes are properly aligned, the V.A.L.E. assembly locks the muffler canister to the exhaust tube assuring a perfect, leak-free fit.

NOTE: Please check local laws before purchasing a Two Brothers Exhaust. Some modifications may be prohibited in some states.

Really good exhaust The only reason why it got anything lower than a full 5/5 is because there is a solid bushing that comes with the exhaust that is supposed replace the stock bushing doesn't fit properly. The screw that is supposed to hold it on to the body doesn't fit through the solid bushing so I just Jimmy rigged myself one out of the old bushings and it fit. I just threw away that solid bushing away. It was useless. August 11, 2014
Worth every penny! I installed this slip on my 2009 ninja 250. It looks awesome, sounds amazing and without a doubt provides a solid performance boost. Would recommend this product to anyone. July 9, 2014
Great product! I bought the slip-on for my girlfriend's Ninja 250. We didn't like that the stock exhaust was so quiet so we checked out a few options. We took a look at the Yoshimura, Akrapovic, and finally found Two Brothers. Fortunately, we had friends that had each of these exhaust slip ons and we loved Two Brothers the most. As others have stated, it is VERY loud, but we love the deep guttural sound to it. The item came with installation instructions. Installing the slip-on was more difficult than taking the stock exhaust off, lol. We are very happy with this item and would recommend it. I also wanted to add that we got the item in two days!! Ordered it on Monday and it came in the mail on Wednesday. Love RevZilla. Can't wait to buy the next item! February 19, 2014
Looks and sounds great on my Ninja 250 I was surprised at the price on RevZilla, its roughly $100 cheaper than going straight through TwoBrother's website and is less expensive than other sites as well. It makes my bike look nice, sounds wonderful and I feel more safer with my bike actually being a louder than with the stock. Also a noticeable boost in power. I highly recommend this for the price. It's not difficult to install either. January 16, 2014
2010 Ninja 250R - Two Brothers M-2 VALE Slip-On Exhaust First time I have ever used RevZilla for parts and accessories. I placed my order on 4/10/13 and I had it on 4/12/13. I have already installed the TBR exhaust this morning. This thing sounds awesome. It has a deep rumble when it starts and you can definitely hear it now. It was easy to install...took me longer to get the stock off then to get this one on. It looks great and sounds great. Glad I bought this one!!!!! April 13, 2013
Great sound and performance This thing is amazing, sound is quite loud though, I have to watch my rpm when I enter our neighborhood since it tends to make other cars' alarms activate. Anyways it's worth it, performance feels better even at low rpm, also the acceleration is much smoother February 27, 2012
Great muffler for a 250R Wow what a beautiful sound and difference. I couldn't have picked a better product for my 250R ninja Kawasaki. I can really be noticed when I'm on the road. Let's people know I'm near them. Your also getting about 5% more horse power. You feel it when u accelerate. Good job. October 11, 2011

Eric B: The db killer is not included. It's like a $35 add on piece. In my personal opinion it's very worth it. My bike is still plenty loud, just not obnoxiously loud Dec 12, 2013

paul t asked: I am looking at the Two Brothers M-2 VALE Slip-On Exhaust for my Kawasaki Ninja 250R 2012. My question is, is there an option to keep the factory heat shield in place while the Two Brothers is installed? Aug 19, 2013

Brandon H: I was not able to find a way to do that. Once you remove the factory exhaust the hole that the main bolt goes through goes away. I guess you could always weld that on the replacement pipe, but it works fine without it. Let me know if you have any other questions. Aug 19, 2013

Michael D: My exhaust is under tail exhaust and if your referring to the shield on top of the exhaust, I don't know for sure but I didn't use mine and haven't had any issues. Aug 19, 2013

Fabio C: The factory heat shield on my CBR 600 stayed on. But I also have the under tail exhaust. Only real big difference is all the extra heads that turn ?? Aug 19, 2013
