Two Brothers M-2 VALE Slip-On Exhaust Honda CBR600RR

Each Two Brothers Racing M2 Slip-On features the same high level of quality construction and is designed to be fully-serviceable in the event of damage, routine maintenance or the occasional repack. All TBR’s M series slip-on exhaust systems feature the innovative V.A.L.E. system with CNC'ed aluminum inlets. The V.A.L.E. system is TBR's revolutionary, patented method of attaching the muffler canisters to the mid-pipe without the use of springs or welding. This system allows the muffler assembly - exhaust mid-pipe and canister - to be positioned perfectly on the bike before all the mounting hardware is fully tightened. Once the canister and mid-pipe are properly aligned, the V.A.L.E. assembly locks the muffler canister to the mid-pipe assuring a perfect, leak-free connection.

Two Brothers' mid-pipes are manufactured from .035" thick stainless steel and feature a polished satin finish. They exclusively use 304 stainless steel for its high rust resistance. After a few heat cycles the 304 steel turns a golden amber color, which is the signature of high quality stainless steel. The exhaust note produced by all of Two Bros exhaust systems is best described as being deep and throaty, without suffering from the shrill whine normally associated with other manufacturer's straight through muffler canisters. But this bark would be pointless without a bad bite, so no matter which great sounding TBR’s exhaust you choose they will all reduce weight and deliver additional horsepower and torque.

As the government aka “The Man” pushes for greater emission restrictions, motorcycle manufacturers are forced to make their exhausts heavier and more restrictive. Two Brothers Racing has given the motorcycle community the means to stick it to the man with the M Series Slip-On Exhaust.

Great addition to any bike! I bought this exhaust looking to add to my CBR 600RR and needless to say I was not disappointed. After looking at comparable exhausts in this price range, I found the quality of build and performance of the Two Brothers second to none. I highly recommend this product to anyone looking to get more bang for your buck. October 20, 2014
Beautiful exhaust and Brilliant sound. I had a TBR exhaust on my old '06 Yamaha YZF-600R back in the day and I absolutely loved it. Deep tone, not too loud and amazing looks(Carbon Fiber). I recently purchased the M-2 VALE Carbon Fiber for my '05 600RR and this thing is amazing. Still has that deep tone and the looks to go with it. If you are wondering what the difference is between M-2 and M-5...from the TBR website the M-2 is for 600cc and less motorcycles and the M-5 is a bigger canister for over the 600cc displacement motorcycles.. I previously had a BOZ Bros exhaust on my bike which, I have to say, looks stunning and beyond belief. It was just so loud I couldn't stand it any more. With this pipe you have the power tip option. I purchased a P1-x Power tip which gives you the highest reduction in Db level but I have yet to install it. I want to try it out at normal level first before installing it. Install is a piece of cake. I suggest having a helper just to make things even easier when trying to wiggle things around and to hold stuff steady while threading bolts or nuts. It is doable by yourself though. Since I had the previous aftermarket exhaust on it I had a few pieces missing(the heat shield which you bolt this exhaust to on the 600rr). So I made do with the bolts that I saved years ago and bolted it from the inside of the brackets that come with the exhaust to the inside of the subframe under the tale. If you are wondering what comes in with this kit, for the 600rr, my kit came with the proper mid pipe, canister, all the hardware(nuts, bolts, washers, mounts and brackets for canister and mid pipe), a 5mm allen wrench, a torx wrench for the end cap!(totally baffled and suprised at that for some reason), and which last but not least, the biggest shock of all, a tube of silicone sealant for the mid pipe to header connection to provide a good seal. What company do you know of that gives you a tube of sealant like that? Ok, it may cost maybe a couple bucks at a parts store but what normal person with few tools really has that lying around? Not many. So to include something like that, to me, says they are really thinking with the novice in mind and know exactly what you will need to do the job. To me, it's the little things that count and little things like that make or break a project. Last thing i want to do is have to wait a day to finish. Here in Germany that day could be my last to ride until next spring. For me, TBR will be my first choice every time for whatever bikes I have in the future. September 25, 2014
best exhaust. I order for my 06 cbr600rr. I got the black series which looks amazing. The install was easy, I didn't use the under tail heat shield looks great without it also, doesn't get to hot to I'm worried about it. I did install the side heat shield just used engine enamel to paint it black. The sound is amazing I get compliments all the time about it. Found it cheaper on another site and they price matched it matched it you can't beat that. Also they do free fast shipping to APO. August 25, 2014
Easy enough for enough me to install The two brothers exhaust was easy enough for even a noob like me to install. I only needed socket and allen wrench set. I also abandoned trying to directly follow their printed directions manual as i reached parts, such as the previous owners re-wiring of the tail lights, that did not quite match up to their pictures. However, once starting you kinda get the idea of what needs to come off before you can remove the old exhaust and slip on the new one. It looks and sounds great. Nice deep tone and a little louder than i expected. My neighbors disapproval is testament to how well it works August 18, 2014

A shopper asked: I was just wondering if this exhaust fit snug with the factory header? Because I have a yoshi exhaust on my bike now and it's loose where I connect the two pipes together Jun 15, 2015

Aaron G: I just installed this over the winter on my '05. The mid pipe fits snug on the header pipe. The directions tell you NOT to use the factory gasket and they provide you a tube of black silicone gasket sealant to put inside the midpipe before you put it on the headerpipe. Also, they include a clamp that you must install to keep everything nice and tight and leak free. You may have needed to use that factory gasket with your yosh but not this one. Jun 17, 2015

Bryce K: Very snug. It was pretty difficult to even slip it on because the fitness so tight. I have an 06 by the way. Jun 15, 2015

Benjamin C: If I was you I'd go to a dealer or try and find one somewhere because without that this may fit loose as well. Jun 15, 2015
Chad W: No I didn't, so that's probably my problem Jun 15, 2015
