Tour Master Women's Venture Air Pants
Recommended with some room for improvement
I've had these for 3 years, wearing them about 2/3 of the year for commuting. Finally one of the zippers broke or got worn out at the knee. But considering the amount of use I've given them, I think it's pretty good.
On the plus side these pants are very versatile, warm or cool depending on what you want, with customize-able fit at knees.
On the negative side, they aren't that fashionable. It can be rather frustrating to have to keep opening up the velcro sections to get at zippers on the legs. If these came more tailored to a specific purpose, without the number of removable liners, less velcro etc. it would be a bit easier. I wish the liners zipped into the legs along the opening instead of having a 2 tab connection at the bottom. Also wish these were more fitted at the ankles.

Very good for the money
If you are buying these for your wife or girlfriend, prepare to have them say "I look fat in these pants". I bought these for my wife to keep her warm and offer more protection than jeans, so I replied "Better to look fat and be warm; then look skinny/fashionable and be freezing". And that's pretty much the way it worked out. Our friends in their chaps were cold and uncomfortable while my wife was toasty warm. They are a little bulky and they make it more challenging to get on the bike, whatever. Look well made and the removable liner gives them and added dimension which allows them to be used most of the year.

These pants have great features.
These pants are very comfortable. I am short and I was worried about the length. There is velcro at the cuff, so I was able to easily adjust the length and knee pads for my height. The pants seem heavy when on the hanger, but there is no feeling of weight once they are on. Overall, I find these to be extremely comfortable in both hot and cool weather conditions. Kudos to the designers!

Good for shorter riders
Bought an XS which was described as women's size 6 - 8. The pants are more of a size 6, short length. With the insulation in, the pants are definitely a size 6. I'm short in height (5'3") and without shoes on, these pants stop right near my heel.
Overall, I like the number of layers and pockets on these pants and the protection feels to be in all the right places.

Lots of versatility; good price; a bit bulky looking in the hips
I bought these pants because I need good warm weather pants for an overland trip. At first I bought the xs, but they were way too tight and short (I'm 5'6", 125lbs, with proportionally long legs). I exchanged them for the small, which fit much better. They do look a bit bulky and the butt hangs a bit loose, both with and without the insulation/rain layer, but I needed the length in the small. I like the versatility: I need breathable for this overland trip, but I live in a cold place and can use the insulation for winter riding. Overall, a very versatile pant given the insulation/rain layer.

Warm, protective, easy to customize
These are not the most stylish pants but they will keep you warm in 30 degrees on a windy day for a day long ride. There is velcro everywhere so you can expand and make tighter anywhere you need it. I have only worn with all liners intact so cannot comment on using in warm weather. I wear an 8 pant, bought small which fit perfect over long underwear but would not fit over jeans if that is what you wanted. Great buy, would buy again.

Great Value for the cost
The Pants fits my wife nicely. It is cool in the summer. The knee and hip pads feels very protective, hopefully will never need to find out how it works in real situation.
