Good value rain pants that do the job
These are solid basic rain pants that include Nomex lining on the insides. The Nomex works well when exposed to hot motor parts, as tested on a KTM Adventure. The pants are 100% waterproof, as tested by the garden hose and in a downpour while riding.
These are rain pants, and are not intended to be used walking down a style aisle. The fit does seem a bit large, so consider ordering a size up/down, and returning the ones that do not fit as desired.
I expect these pants to stay on the bike(s), ready to pull out as needed, and for the price are a good value overall.

Baggy, baggy pants..
I had to return these because they're so baggy. They're like clown pants. I've owned 2 other types of rain pants and neither came close to being this big. They were made very well and probably are functional in the rain. They felt very sturdy and thicker than my previous Tour Master pants. They fit fine at the waist and snug at the cuff but are ENORMOUS through the leg. They measure 15 inches across the leg at the thigh. That's 30 inch circumference, the same as the waist on the small size! I didn't choose "not recommend this product" because if you want a big, baggy pant these are the ones.

Zipper already broken
On my third time wearing these pants, the zipper on the right leg came straight off. I'll attempt to repair it but do not have high hopes.
This is my third Cortech/Tourmaster piece of riding gear, and every one has had zippers that easily break off and/or teeth that lose their grip.
I will not be ordering any more gear from this manufacturer.
The pants do keep out the water and sit a good amount above my waist for a nice overlap between my jacket and the pants. I like the suspenders and underboot straps. They do a good job of keeping the pants where I want them.

These pants fit and perform as described. I recently completed a Motorcycle Safety Foundation skills course and the final day of riding was done in a steady rain. Other than the instructors I was the only person wearing rain pants. After 6 hours of nearly constant exposure to the wet weather my legs remained dry and comfortable. Many of my classmates were asking me what brand they were and where I purchased them. I am was very very glad I had these pants that day!
