Not too bad.
I could have got better Jacket for the money, however it's real unique I think, I purchased it because I ride two different bikes, sport bike and chopper bike, this jacket can go either way and I will still look ok in it. Generally I don't wear any serious protection when riding my BiG Dog, recently I witnessed bike crash in front of me, it changed my view on how I should dress up for a ride, this jacket will give me some protection and I will still look ok, I think. On the the other hand I can wear it on the sport bike as well...overall I am happy with it, average quality little overpriced should be under $200 but again you get CE rated protection..so not too bad except runs real small, two sizes small.

A woman's jacket??
I had my eye on this jacket for a while. I thought it might be a good alternative to a neon yellow hi-vis jacket. Unfortunately, it runs toward the opposite end of the spectrum in terms of style.
First, it runs really small, almost a full 2 sizes smaller than my other jackets. Secondly, the shoulders are very square and wide, while the waist is extremely tapered. It reminded of something my wife would have worn in the eighties.
Third, the material is very stiff and plastic-like. Any arm movement made the entire jacket ride up my torso in jerky, crunchy fits. It was uncomfortable just standing in it for a few minutes.
There are some nice details, like the unique open-ended snaps on the waist adjuster and sleeves and the leather panels on the shoulders and forearms are kinda cool!
Overall, the jacket doesn't have the comfort and feel of something in this price range.

Gets you Buy
Previous jacket was a Dainese, the cheapest type at that. So when I lowslid in it on a road about 35 or 40mph it performed more than admirably. My forearms were protected and shoulders were protected. I was sore everywhere, except my upper body. The mesh part of the jacket was ripped but held up.
Long story short, tried to get another Dainese leather jacket, but they are expensive. Went with this instead and wish I hadn't. It looks cool, but isn't too comfortable.
Worst part of the jacket is the armor. It doesn't even cover your entire forearm. I even tried swapping the armor in the Dainese into this jacket but it didn't fit.
Oh, and if your are sweaty or your arms are damp, you won't be able to get the jacket on or off with ease because of the water proof layer.
In short, it will get you buy if you need some type of protection, but I know my arm would be messed up bad if I had crashed in this thing. Saving up for a Dainese Alien.

Teknic jacket and race suits are European cut and are more narrow in the arms, chest and shoulders than other brands. Their leathers are particularly form fitting. RevZilla recommends ordering jackets and suits one size larger than Teknic size charts suggest.
