Teknic Freeway Waterproof Gloves

Shell Material:

  • Outer shell of 600D Cordura with overlays of leather in critical areas
  • Amara leather palm
  • Silicone embossed panels in palm for improved grip

Inner materials:

  • Powerskin : 100% waterproof, windproof and breathable "no stitches" glove liner
  • Soft nylex glove lining

Protection:

  • Little finger Safety Wrap system made of leather that wraps over the outside of the little finger to add protection to vulnerable seams

Additional Features:  

  • Lightweight, non-insulated performance cut glove with long and wide gauntlet
  • Seamless thumb construction for improved comfort and safety
  • Neoprene finger expansion panels

I have big hands and usually need the largest gloves but I measured my hand and used the recommended glove size and the fit is excellent. I can not comment on protection as I have not crashed (yet and hopefully not ever) with this glove. Also, being a fair weather rider, I will not leave for a ride when it is raining.....but have been caught in the rain many times. I have not been caught in the rain with these gloves yet so I also can not comment on the water proof quality. Overall I do like the fit and feel of these gloves.
Yes, I recommend this product.

Teknic Jacket and Race Suits are European Cut and are more narrow in the arms, chest and shoulders than other brands.  Their leathers are particularly form fitting.  RevZilla recommends ordering Jackets and Suits one size larger than Tekinc size charts suggest.
