Teknic Defender Waterproof Boots
Good for the price
I have not ridden in the rain with these boots yet. Good fit, I wear these with wool socks so I cannot tell you about air flow. For the price you can not go wrong!

Great boots for the price
The boots are really nice and well put together. The only problem I have with the boots is that the Velcro at the bottom comes loose easily from walking. Other than that I love the boots. I wear them to ride and to work almost everyday.

Good rain boot for light rain and commuting/short rides.
This is a very good boot for the price. I am not sure if I want to go adventure riding with them, but they have sufficed for commuting and some short rides in which I anticipated rain. So far, with three rain rides under their belt, they have not leaked.
They look like regular riding boots, and not 'rain boot/galoshes, so that's a good thing.

God price, decent boot
I was a little bit concerned about the reviews I have read. Still the price was very good and I gave it a shot. normally I wear 9.5 but I got 10 and it fits comfortable. I wear it all day if it is a rainy day. Up until now, there were only 3-4 such days.
I don't know how much it will last but for now there are no issues. My foot is dry and there is no sweating. I bought it for 59 or something like that and I would definitely recommend the product at that price point.

Pacific Northwest Tested.
Overall this boot is ok, I had to reinforce the shifter pad area to prevent premature wear. Boot fits tight as I have a slighter wider foot, but its not too bad. I can say that this boot has kept my feet dry for two weeks, and I am riding in the heaviest rain conditions in the Pacific Northwest, they work at High speeds too.

REALLY found a great deal on great boots!
I'm very happy with these boots. I can wear them all day, and they even look nice enough to wear around the office - and pretty comfortable for walking. There was one tiny piece of unfinished leather at the top of one zipper that was annoying, but I just cut and rounded the edge myself with a scissor.
I would absolutely recommend these boots, and will buy them again.

Shift pad wore out in 13 days of riding.
Shift pad wore out in 13 days of riding it look like It is 20 year old boots I rode through various weather condition, and Leather or (whatever the materiel they use to make this shoe) is changing color, to ash....Strongly disappointed with there product. I bought them straight from Teknic so Revzilla is not at fault.

shift pad wore through in less than 3 weeks
I would not buy these boots again. I bought these at a M/C show in Feb and within 3 weeks of light riding the shift pad wore completely through. I've had a pair of old engineers boots for over 12 years and a pair of Tour Master Response short boots for around 3 years and they are still holding up well.So I don't think there is anything special about my shift lever or how I shift.
There was also a defect on the inside near the zipper that caused a corner to dig into my leg above my ankle. I was able to fix that.
The dealer (NOT Revzilla) from the show has been trying to contact Teknic for a couple of weeks with no results.
