Great Air Flow Enough protection for dual sport/adventure riding, not enough for motocross. Great air flow in hot weather with the rain liner removed. On colder days the rain liner does a good job of breaking the wind. The only downside are the two outside pockets can't be opened/closed with gloves easily - but that's a minor detail. April 14, 2014
great for the price I haven't used it yet as its still chilly, fit is good, quality exceeds price point, the only downside for me personally is all the velcro holding the wind/rain liner in place, this may be a good thing in terms of sealing I'll find out in a month or so, Bill March 10, 2014
An excellent fit, great style and worth the money never had a fit like this in an apparel store. I am glad I picked this Jacket and enjoying every bit of it. I will highly recommend this product. December 30, 2013
great jacket Great jacket for the summer and for less than $100.00 December 23, 2013
Great Buy I ordered this jacket to replace a three year old mesh jacket I had originally purchased for use in summer. While I have a full touring jacket, I now find myself reaching for this instead on all but the coldest of days. It seems to have excellent build quality. I do find the fit slightly snug relative to the stated size. (It could be that is because I am used to the looser fit of the touring jacket). I honestly expected something of much poorer quality at this price point and was very pleasantly surprised. Just the right amount of features and the yellow model is highly visible. December 16, 2013
Very good peoduct! Could not believe the quality I got for the price I paid. December 16, 2013
Looks Good I will do another review after I get a chance to wear the jacket. It arrived on time from Revzilla. The jacket looks like its made well and it fits as ordered. Its cold here now, but I will soon be riding the sunny roads of Florida and will then review how well the jacket compares. I only gave 3 stars until I can actually use the jacket, December 4, 2013
Absolutely loved this jacket !!! Was a bit skeptical initially as I ordered from India but absolutely loved this jacket. Good ventilation, fit & finish and has Knox armors all at this price. Brilliant Buy, will definitely look at Tecknic products first before others. November 5, 2013

Craig M. W: The jacket has two exterior zippered hand pockets and one inside zippered pocket for phone, I-pod, MP-3... There is also a zipper for adjoining riding pants. The zip out waterproof liner is thin and does not have any pockets. I think this liner would be kept in my side case and brought out only for rain which is its intended use; It is a bit crinkly sounding and sort of defeats the flow through air circulation design of being a summer jacket. We still have a foot of snow here in Maine so having just bought the jacket in January, I have not ridden with it yet. The fit seems good. The sizing chart is pretty accurate so stick to their recommendations. Mar 9, 2014

Robert N: There are two zippered "hand warmer" on the outside as well as two zippered "pockets" where there is access to the elbow armour. I guess you could take out the armour or put other things-such as notes or driver,s licence etc. but anything such as keys would be a problem in a crash. There is one smallish zippered inside pocket over the heart position. None of these pockets appear to be waterproof as they are outside the waterproof inner liner.
I hope this helps!

A shopper asked: I am a 47 inch chest. Which size jacket should I buy (taking into account the removable liner)? Also, will this jacket be shipped from your Las Vegas or Philadelphia warehouse? Aug 13, 2013
Answer this · Send to friends Good question? Yes (0) No (0)
John L: This is a very nice jacket. The liner makes little to no difference in sizing as it is a thin, single-layer rain/wind liner. The jacket runs a bit large. I am an old guy, still pretty trim, but a somewhat fallen chest. I own a size 44 and it takes care of my measured 43-inch chest and 40-inch tummy very well. It is also a bit saggy in the arms, but has snap closure straps to adjust for fit. Aug 14, 2013

A s: I'm 46-47 also and got the size 46. It fits perfect. It's snug but motorcycle jackets are suppose to be. It won't feel like a regular coat. It's snug so there is no play incase of a fall. Aug 14, 2013

Rauno Parrila H: I have 44 inch chest and bought size 44. It fits even with a back protector. I also have a size 46 Teknic Freeway for colder weather, and it has a lot of room for additional layers. Aug 14, 2013
Kory B: I have one of these and love it ... I would buy a size up, not because the liner... which is like $0.99 cheap poncho thickness but should work fine. (I have never used it) Aug 16, 2013

Jeremy N: The liner is maybe 0.0010" thick. I' have a 42" chest and I got a 44. It fits fine, with a little extra room. Aug 14, 2013

Don M: I up rated mine with a c-3 back protector, did not pay attention to the brand just the shape of it, had to trim it a little to fit but it worked!Cast about 44 dollars and change. I wear mine every day love it. Aug 28, 2013

A shopper asked: How good is to keep the warm in winter season? What is the lowest recommended temperature to wear this jacket outdoors?
The waterproof is granted by a inside liner, in case all the jacket get wet, does the water pass through the liner?
Sep 14, 2012
Answer this · Send to friends Good question? Yes (0) No (0)
RevZilla: As a mesh jacket with waterproof liner, you could wear it down to about 60 degrees Fahrenheit comfortably. When wearing the jacket in the rain with the waterproof liner, the jacket will get wet but you will stay dry beneath the waterproof liner. Keep in mind that temperature tolerance varies from rider to rider though. Sep 14, 2012

Teknic jacket and race suits are European cut and are more narrow in the arms, chest and shoulders than other brands.  Their leathers are particularly form fitting.  RevZilla recommends ordering jackets and suits one size larger than Teknic size charts suggest.
