... the noise! The helmet fit, venting, weight, visor are all exceptional, but the noise is unbearable without earplugs! Fine for me since I wear them normally, and definitely amazing venting. Weight of the helmet is phenomenal - just got back from a 1000+kms road trip over the weekend (12h day Sat) and no strain on my neck/shoulders at all. Spec 1R Extreme is better for that than the regular Spec 1R Hawaiian I had before. Even the visor is better for UV protection. Worth the extra $ for the Extreme.

Impact with the side of a trash truck and then the ground and not even a headache. The light weight might have reduced the whiplash to my neck, which was minimal. Replaced black with the GOLD and I get raves about the color, which is not available now. Noisy at high speed, but roomy enough in the ear to allow headphones, but no roomy as to allow you to chew gum...nice tight cheeks, after 2 years too. Graphics are superb, resists fog and scratches, and the protection is exceptional. Better than Shoei and fits my XS head perfectly. Suomy has a lifer now.

Great Helmet fit perfectly I was a little worried as I had heard some things about quirky fit, but this fit great quiet when riding. Only down is the work to change shields.
