I bought this particular jacket over another because of 1 single deciding factor. The both had all the same amenities, save but one. The S&S claimed to be "WaterProof". Not water resistant, or kinda waterproof, but fully WATERPROOF. So I got it and was as happy as a pig in, well you know where I'm goin there.. But then it rained :( Now, I live in Las Vegas, NV and our rain is a bit different than elsewhere. Here, rain comes down in torrents, not just drizzle or casual and annoying rain. I ride ALWAYS, I don't even have a car anymore cuz I don't want one. So when I got home from work that night (a 6-8 minute ride at most), I was not just wet, I was soaked to the bone! My advice: If it rains where you live, get away from this so-called WaterProof jacket anf find one that truly is what it says.
No, I do not recommend this product.
