I wanted a helmet that I could have on for hours at a time and not feel my neck getting sore or any pain to my temple area. I found the PERFECT helmet. Received my VFX-W and went for a 4 hour ride. Never took off the helmet even when my buddies stopped to rest and took off their helmets. It felt like I was wearing a baseball hat. It is light and so comfortable. If i could give 6 stars for comfort I would.

Revzilla's review on this helmet tells it all. A little pricey, but light, comfortable, cool, well made and easy to work with. My head shape is long oval and this helmet fits me well. I also have Oakley Crossbar goggles with a quick strap that fits perfectly into this helmet. If you're not familiar with the Crossbar goggles the strap is extended away from the frame which allows air to enter the helmet from the sides of the goggles. Awesome setup.

Great helmet. No complaints. But I researched and made a decision based on the price on the Revzilla video by Tony.in which he said AND it was captioned that the price was about $360 bucks. When I went to order it Revzilla would not budge on their price of 399. I feel like I was violated. I didn't have the energy to start my research over and chose differently. The helmet is probably worth 399 but it sucks that Revzilla would not honor their word!

i chose the plain white helmet to save money. for the price, i wish i could get one of those wicked designs. this is the second top-of-the-line Shoei MX helmet that I have owned. loved the first so stuck with Shoei for this next one. yes, i would recommend this product.

I love this helmet. I added some white Oakley stickers to the sides of the helmet and it looks insanely awesome. Fits incredibly nice too. Perfect fit. My head measured at 23" so I ordered the MD, fits great. Shoei4life
