Scorpion XDR Assault Jacket
Very Nice multi season Jacket!
I am 6'1, 210 lb and got the XXL. It fits great. I like having the liner for cold weather, but took it out since right now it is 90 F weather. I think the air flow is very good, with all the vents open and the sleeves opened up to let the air flow into my arms. It is much more comfortable than I thought it might be and it looks awesome. The armor is not intrusive and makes me feel a lot safer.

Great 3 season Jacket
Bought this jacket to replace an old Joe Rocket one. I selected this one as it has a removable waterproof liner, so I can get good air flow in warmer weather, but still be waterproof as needed. I've had it now for a bit more than 3 months and it is the best jacket I have ever owned. Very comfortable, good air flow without the liner, yet warm and comfy with it installed. Plus I can easily wear my electric gear underneath and this becomes a great jacket for all seasons except high summer, when mesh is needed. Excellent jacket and a great value.

Definitely an excellent all-season jacket...possibly the best value when it comes textile all-season jackets. I had a chance to test it out in both warm and cold weather conditions. I had gone outside with it when it was in the low 40s/high 30's and and felt absolutely warm...maybe even a bit hot (liner was still attached). By the time it got to noon I felt a little hot but not sweltering when the vents were open. I haven't really gone up to high speeds so I don't know how well the air flows with this jacket. It also does a great job keeping the sweat off too. As far as fit goes, the sizing chart was dead on. The jacket has a modern cut and is more form fitting which is absolutely fine by me. Material seems to be very durable but haven't had the chance to test it out. I had bought this jacket in anticipation for winter riding and so far have no regrets. Will update.

I'll start by saying that I am 5'6" and 160lbs and ordered this jacket in a small. The fit was perfect and having the 2 liners has been a plus. I have rode in temperatures down to 50 degrees without the thermal liner and have not gotten cold yet, I was also caught in a heavy downpour without the waterproof liner and surprised that the only places that were wet on my clothes were where the vents were open. The vents work great and you can really feel the cooling in the arms. I ride a BMW F800R, so some with more wind protection may not notice the vents as much. Overall, I am very impressed and have ordered the Scorpion overpants as well.
The armor fit me exactly where it was supposed to, but the fit on these jackets may not appeal to some on the heavier side due to the slender fit.

Comfortable with great airflow and fit. Zip out liner and thermal vest allow me to wear thus jacket about 8 months out of the year.

I wear a 46 jacket so I chose to move up to the extra large. The jacket fits well but the sleeves are a tad long. This really isn't a problem since you can lock down the sleeve at the wrist with the Velcro strap.I recommend this jacket to anyone looking for 1 jacket to cover at the very least three seasons. I’m currently riding in 90+ degree weather. With the insulated liner removed and the water proof liner removed the jacket is very comfortable to wear. The vents work well and with all the adjustable features you can make the jacket fit how ever you feel most comfortable.

I had the unfortunate oppoprtunity to test this jacket almost right after I got it. The jacket absorbed a lot of the impact to my left side and protect my arm and body awesomely. The best part was is there was no damage to the jacket. This is the jacket for 2009.
