The electric shield kit will only work with Scorpion's modular EXO-900.

Answers

Answer: 
The electric shield connects to the battery the same way your main wiring harness would (the metal loop that is tightened down to the battery via the battery bolt). In order to disconnect you would need to undo the battery connection or remove the plug from the top of the electric shield. Power draw is 30 Amperes (amp) for this electric shield.
