Not for use with full face helmets My rating is an attempt to be fair in assessing what it would score for use with an open face helmet. With my Scorpion EXO-500 it is basically useless. I have tried every way I can imagine to put this on with my helmet with no success. As another reviewer states it just gets pushed down your neck. No matter how tight or where I put it on the result is the same - bunched up material crammed down around the back and sides of my head. I had to use it once in a pinch, which I managed by jamming it up around my head once my helmet was on. This was a frustrating and only moderately successful exercise at best. While not being as comfortable as I would have liked because of bunching I couldn't straighten out; it was warm, stopped wind, and didn't contribute to fogging. I should have returned it but forgot about it. I take some blame for not thinking through the mechanics of it before ordering, but I would say definitely just pay a little more for a full balaclava if you wear a full faced helmet. Kept my face warm In a full face helmet i have to wear it tight cause when i put the helmet on it pushes it down to my neck April 8, 2013
Perfect for open face helmet wearers. Not much to say. Does the job. Just completed an IBA SS1000. Temps. were in the 50's and low 60's. Wore this face and neck cover the entire time and was very comfortable. October 8, 2012
