River Road Race II Leather Jacket
Overall Great Jacket
I was delightfully surprised how nice this jacket was, based on price. It has a very sturdy construction, with ample pocket space. The leather is of a good quality, and stitched together tightly. The sleeves are a good length for riding, the tail however, is a little short. The liner is nice and soft, but i don't feel that it really adds warmth to the jacket. In 40 degree weather, i need a sweater, to stay comfortably warm. There are pads stitched into the elbows, shoulders and tail. The pads are thin, but they do offer a little bump protection. Conclusion: Great Style, Good Construction and Quality, Fantastic bang for the buck.

Great Jacket, Great price.
I ordered a size 58. My chest is 56 with a t-shirt on and I've got a big gut. I'm 6' 310 lbs. The 58 fit great. Sleeve length for my body type is perfect. The jacket came with a zip out liner, which I promptly removed. It is summer here in western washington, and was about 60'ish degrees when I went for my first low speed ride through town with this jacket on. Stopped or at 15mph or so it was fairly hot, but I had the front almost completely unzipped and that helped. At 40-50 mph, it was great and I didn't feel the wind at all. Overall, for a big guy, the jacket fit great, seems to be great construction, and it looks good. I'm definitely going to be wearing it even when I don't ride. It has a streamlined, minimal design style and is well crafted. The zippers are heavy duty, the seams are quality and seem very well put together.

Great basic, no frills, leather jacket
Was in the market for a leather jacket, and when I saw this one at the price point here, I went for it. It's exactly what I was hoping for - no vents, no extra zippers to break, looks equally good walking around w/ jeans as on the bike.
Looking forward to see how this one holds up over time!

Great buy for a basic leather cruiser jacket
Be careful on sizing.. If you're a 48 dress coat size as a big guy, the size 50 may still be a bit snug in reach. I would have liked an inch more sleeve length so I should have probably gone to a 52, but I can live with it, and I coudl stand to cut a few pounds, so it's ok. The quality is typical River Road which is excellent. Bought the jacket as a direct replacement for an older version of the same model I owned years ago. The zip out liner in this newer version is a nice improvement. Nice kidney padding and doesn't move in the wind. It's on close-out so I'd jump on one if you're out for a no frills, no vents, no extras basic black cruiser-style jacket. The leather is good quality, as are the zippers.

Very warm! Diffidently not for the summer!
Nice leather jacket. The only thing I would complain about, is the way the collar fits.. It is a little stiff, hoping that will soft up over time..Also one more internal pocket would be a plus.

good looking basic jacket
I like the look of this jacket, it can be worn in a bar with a pair of jeans with out looking overly biker. This jacket is best in cooler weather as there is not a lot of ventilation.

River Road Race II Leather Jacket
The jacket runs very small do not go by the size chart or you will end up paying to return the jacket.
