Great little bag. Carries a good amount; great for carrying life's little necessities. Wind moves it around on the tank a little bit, but it's not particularly noticeable.
Pros Fashionable, Comfortable, Great Value, Rugged

I have a Kawasaki Concours (which I bought after looking at the BMW).I am reasonably sure - 99% - it will fit with no problem - it is not a large bag, and the tanks of the 2 bikes are similar.
The magnets are strong enough to hold it, even with a piece of felt I place between them and the tank, because I have the tank coated with a clear film bra, and the texture of the bag bottom leaves marks in the clear film.
The bag is great - unless you need something really big.
It has a cell phone pocket, a compartment for a camel back water bottle, lots of zip compartments etc.
If I had any complaint, it would be that the clear map window is small, but so is the bag and you can't have everything, and this isn't a problem for me, just be aware of that fact.
