too fragile I thought i would try and use for a remote light switch. It did not work, too fragile, very light gauge wiring. I ended up getting a water proof push button light switch and some 3 m tape off amazon. August 5, 2014
Never installed The switch itself may be great. I don't know. I never got that far in installing it. Right out of the packaging it was broken. The plastic housing is cheaply made, extremely thin and brittle. I was so disappointed with the product I didn't even return it. July 29, 2014

RevZilla Store asked: Why did you choose this?
R E: I'm building a new wire harness for my bike. These switches have a fairly small profile, and should fit well.
I bought one like these many years ago, and it still works perfectly.

A shopper asked: can this be used as a manual fan switch and still have it turn on normally also?? Aug 28, 2014

Tedd G: Your messing with the thermostat circuit but if your happy with that you will have to trace the thermostat endpoint and then figure how to power it with this on the unpowered side of the thermostat . It would need a relay as the cooling fan is going to draw more amps than this switch can handle.

find a vendor to make up a wiring harness. Google cycle terminals and there are a few places that work. You could also use those Positaps to fit this.

I had to cut off the top of the back side of this so I could press fit it under my brake fluid container on the handlebar but it fits perfectly. I used JB Kwik epoxy to make it stick there.
