Features:

  • Bias-ply construction
  • Blackwall
  • Tubeless (TL)
  • H-rated for speeds up to 130 mph, V-rated for speeds up to 149 mph, (V)-rated for speeds of 149+ mph

Great Tires for CB700SC Nighthawk
I mounted these tires myself, didn't even use the balancing beads I bought. Seem to track and wear fine, no issues up to 75 mph, the fastest I have gone so far. Look great on a 1986 Honda Nighthawk CB700SC.

This is the only tire brand I will ever use
I've gone through 3 pairs of the sport demon on my sport bike. All around the best tire I have ever used. Excellent grip, great in rain, very good tread life and most important- great in the twisties. I have driven from canada to Miami FL and back with these tires multiple times before and they still had great tread on them. Like I said, this is the sport demon is the only tire I will purchase for the rest of my life. Highly recommended.

2007 Triumph Bonneville. There is a noticeable traction difference from stock metzlers (in a good way)
2007 Triumph Bonneville. I just finally had a chance to get these mounted on my Bonnie and there is a noticeable traction difference (in a good way) compared to the stock metzlers.
I went with the stock tire size in front and the wider size in the back: Front = 100/90-19 | Rear = 140/80-17

The bike is a little bit harder to turn with the wider rear. But this would be the case with any tire you get that's wider than the stock. Its just something to take into account when first getting on the bike with wider tires. I would recommend going wider than the stock 130's, though. Just look/feels better to me. (you can go as wide as 150 on stock 3.5"x17" stock bonnie rim). I feel 140 is the happy & safe medium, though.

I havent had a chance to ride in rain yet and dont really prefer to. So I wont comment regarding how these tires are in the wet. I also just put them on so I cant say much for tread life yet, either.

One bad thing about these that is nothing important - I was really hoping for the white lettering on the sidewall and this is not the case. The picture here does show that it has white lettering but they do not come like so. Not a big deal, but that was one of the selling points for me with this tire.

Otherwise, awesome price (Revzilla has the cheapest from any other place I could find), good grip, nice look and hopefully a good life-span.

All around very decent tire.
Used on my 89' Suzuki Katana 600. These tires lasted roughly 7k miles on 3 seasons of riding. They are showing wear but still usable. Felt like for a touring tire, I should have gotten a little more milage from it. If you're not careful it will break loose in the rain but only with quick directional and acceleration changes. It mostly was good in the rain though. My biggest overall issue was the grip. My bike isn't very powerful but these tires occasionally broke loose on very dry roads and under conditions it probably shouldn't have broken loose. These also don't give you a ton of lean angle compared to other tires but you shouldn't expect it from these as much.
Parting remarks: not incredibly confidence inspiring but definitely worth the money and overall a really good tire.
PS: ordered from revzilla. Extremely fast shipping and no hassle. VERY pleased!

Nice tire for confident cornering
This is my second set on a Moto Guzzi V7. I ride "heads-up" (my girlfriend calls it aggressive) and these tires feel smooth, stable & grip well in the corners. Seem to do fine on wet roads as well, but I ride like a grandma when the roads are wet.
I'll keep these on the bike until they stop making them.

Excellent
I do more commuting than carving curves. After spending the miles to break in the tires, the traction and grip on these tires are phenomenal! Found my go-to tire for my sport bikes!

Considerably better than stock.
I've been riding with this tire on my bike for about three months now and it has been great. I'm certainly no expert, but I have noticed much better grip than I was getting on my old stock tire.

Mega Miles
These came on my Moto Guzzi V7 from the factory, and all I use that bike for is to commute on the freeway in the Seattle area every day, so no twisties. After 12K miles it was time to replace the rear as it was pretty low, but I could have easily gone 5-10K more on the front as it barely showed signs of wear. I replaced it due to some damage it had received from vandals.

Great has good grip even on wet roads. I've had this front tire and back tire for a while and they both work wonders.

There's only maybe 3 tires made that properly fit the front of my '85 FJ1100, and this is probably the best of the lot.

How many miles did you get out of these tires with what riding style?
Daniel S on Jul 24, 2016
BEST ANSWER: 500. While this went on my ninja 250, a sport bike, I live in Texas so there is a lot of straight and narrow rides I took these on.
