This is my second pirelli diablo. The first had over 8000 miles on it. Great in the curves, never had a problem. I got it on a closeout sale and the price was real good.

It was the OEM part that came on my Ducati Streetfighter. I don't do track days on this bike, but the tire would have done well on the track. I use the bike for a reasonable amount of commuting and some medium to hard "canyon days." Both front and rear tires were ready to be changed at 4,000 miles. The good news is that even though they were paper thin at that point, they still stuck to the ground well.

The tire was great for 4,000 miles and even though it was paper thin when I changed it, it still held the road well. There was no question that I would put the same tire on as the replacement.

I went in to my local shop to get the Michelin Power Pures, but they were out of stock. Decided to try these as they came highly recommended by a friend. Very good balance and had great traction on a local twisty 25 mile climb. Did 140 miles on the track last weekend and got a chance to really push these hard (for my riding ability). Felt totally comfortable pushing my skills and rode 30% faster then the the last track day - not totally due to the tires, but the confidence I had in the tires sure helped.
No flat spots commuting and have worn evenly with the aggressive track riding as well. My only complaint was the price I paid ... but I'll probably pay it again when they wear out!
