Great Pants

By Robert (bobby) R. on January 25, 2010
Sizing:
Fits true to size

Cons:
Comments:

Markus suggested the size 38, instead of the 40, since they were out of them anyway. He stated that I would probably wear them without jeans underneath anyway. He was absolutely correct. They fit great.
One should be very careful when slipping them on, because the snaps sewn to the liner of the pant can come loose easily. REVZILLA is an awesome company!

Incredible Product

By Mark H. on January 22, 2010
Sizing:
Fits true to size
Pros:
Rugged, Great Value, Fashionable, and Comfortable

Comments:

Got these as a Christmas gift, so haven't ridden in them yet. Tried them on and they fit perfectly! Great to walk around in, as well. An all-day pant. Very comfortable and well-designed. They will fit the bill on those long summer rides! Very happy with the pants and with Revzilla!

nice pants

By TJ on January 18, 2010

Comments:

I like these pants pretty well, and they were heavily recommended by the guys on my bike's message board.

The liner can be worn alone which is a bonus. It has a little insulation and is windproof. I plan on wearing them over my slacks to work.

The outer pant is pretty heavy, and should be tough in a crash. It hasn't been hot enough for me to test the breathability, but I am told they are cooler than jeans in the summer (when alone or w/ shorts).

All in all, I would recommend them. The trick is hemming them long enough for riding, while short enough not to look stupid while walking around.

Awesome go the silver

By Geoffrey E. on January 18, 2010
Sizing:
Fits true to size
Pros:
Comfortable, Fashionable, and Rugged
Cons:
No adjustable waist
Comments:

Pants are well made, but not a summer pant as they aren't mesh. Here in Sydney it's warm but on cool days love the extra protection, on hot days I just wear shorts :P

I got a 38 and I wear a 38 pant with the liner they fit well, but still a little lose in the waist but not much. I have worn them on top of jeans with no liner and worked fine. Wish they had adjustable waist.

The liner is really easy to take out and really insulated, would be great in winter.

The silver looks awesome, I would recommend these.

Great in colder weather

By Russ on December 24, 2009
Sizing:
Fits true to size
Pros:
Comfortable and Great Value
Cons:
Comments:

I've extended my end of season riding with these pants. I rode until mid December in the north east at tempertures below 30deg and stayed comportable. I'm looking to see how early I can start riding again, the road conditions will be the only factor with these pants the temp is not a major concern.

Olympia airglide 2

By Gary G. on November 09, 2009
Sizing:
Fits true to size
Pros:
Comfortable, Fashionable, and Lots of pockets
Cons:
Not enough armor
Comments:

This pants are very good looking and have lots of deep pockets. I wish that they had heavier duty armor in the knees and hips. It would be nice if Olympia sold heavy duty armor as an option.

The pants are not too hot until the temperature exceeds 80°F as long as you are moving faster than 5 mph.

The insulation was effective down to at least 30°F. I have not had an opportunity to test the waterproofness yet.

Great product and service too!

By Peter A. on November 05, 2009
Sizing:
Fits true to size
Pros:
Comfortable and Great Value
Cons:
Comments:

I had red about RevZilla and how they carry only quality products. I ordered and was quite happy about both the product and service. The pants are very comfortable and very easy to put on and take off. I have ridden with them in 30 degree F temps in the morning and up to in the 70's riding home. I'd recommend them in a heartbeat.

Great pants!

By Chris S. on October 26, 2009
Sizing:
Fits 1 size larger
Pros:
Rugged and Great Value
Cons:
Comments:

Great value for a pant with a waterproof liner and good looking with reflective silver piping on side. I bought one size larger simply because of inseam length for a taller person. They claim to be generous on their inseam length and they are, but being 6'6" and usually 36" inseam, the longer the better. These were the only pant that had the length. Great styling and versatility.

Just about right

By Bill S. on October 26, 2009
Sizing:
Fits true to size
Pros:
fit, Comfortable, Rugged, and Great Value
Cons:
length
Comments:

Olympia is quite a company with great products.
Not only do these pants fit as they should with the perceived protection (I've not dumped with them on) I require, their jackets - Bonneville and Air 2 connect with a long zipper at the back with the pants making a protective combination.

They fit true to size and the knee guards adjust to fit.

Nice Fit

By Shamus on October 15, 2009
Sizing:
Fits true to size
Pros:
Fashionable and Comfortable
Cons:
Comments:

I like the Air Glide fit. Even without the insulated liner the pants are not baggy like many others. After 18,000 miles over the last 18 months the mesh fabric has a bit of fuzz to it. But, the seams, fastners and zippers all still work and the pants are almost too warm till your in the low 40's. The insulated liner keeps you warm and dry. My silver version has been my favorite mesh pants. I would purchase another.
