Nelson Rigg Deluxe All Season Cover
Cheap Cover that does an acceptable job
I've had this for just under a year, and the material is starting to become thin and weak. Most recently it ripped by one of the handle bars and license plate. Looking closer I see a few more small holes in the cover. Nothing a little Duct tape can't fix but I'm guessing I'm going to have to get a new cover in the near future.
Could be the salty air (I live in Marin, it's being hit with morning fog every day). But for $40 I have to manage expectations.

Nice Affordable Cover
I chose the XL size for my '84 Honda VF750 Interceptor which has the full windscreen and mirrors and it fits very snug. It hasn't rained significantly yet so I can't testify to the water resistance. I bought a cheaper cover before and it lasted about a year outside in the elements as I keep the bike outside & covered if I'm not riding it. This seems to be a bit better in quality so I'd like to see a few years of use.

It shipped immediately, arriving in no time. It works great and came with a bag for the cover as well. Great buy!

Fits like a Glove!
Literally fits like a glove on my 2016 Suzuki Bandit 1250S. I bought the XL. So, if your bike is any bigger, I would suggest the next size up. Overall, looks like a good quality cover. The elastic band around the bottom is sturdy and makes for a good fit around the base. And has hook on elastic cord with eyelets to secure cover even better, if needed. Quite happy with it.

Compact, Useful, Affordable
We bought this to protect the bike from the sun and light rain/moisture (we're in Southern California), and it works well for that. It fits compacting into a small carrying bag, which is very convenient to throw in a backpack to and from work. It looks nice and works well (again, we're in SoCal so I can't attest to highly adverse weather). The medium fits our 250cc Honda Rebel perfectly, but is too small for our 750cc Shadow. The medium says it's for 250-750, but I'd go a size up for the high end of that range.

This is a great option for a useful but cost effective cover option for your motorcycle. I have been using the cover for a month now and it has done exactly what I wanted it to do, which was protect my bike from the elements when parked outside. As a previous review stated, swirls can occur in the windshield, but if you keep the bike and cover clean it shouldn't be an issue, or if you place a small microfiber cloth over your windshield when covering the bike.
Overall, this is a great cover! Sure it may not keep the bike entirely dry in a tsunami or thunderstorm in the open, but if you're parking under an awning or car park, this should protect your bike just fine. Also hard to beat that price point.

LIghtweight Water RESISTANT
People who expect N&Rs cheapest cover to somehow magically repel all moisture in any climate condition for 5+ seasons are wacko. It does what it says it does and will probably last 2-3 seasons. Don't store your bike outside in New England with this cover. You get what you pay for. It's cheap and keeps most of the dust and some of the water off.

Nice cover but not very durable
I really like the Nelson-Rigg covers. I purchased a new one to replace a previous identical cover that became brittle from sun exposure and tore.I purchased the previous one in December of 2014 so it did not last the two year warranty period. I sent it to Nelson-Rigg for a warranty replacement. Let's see if they make good on it. If they don't I'll be shopping for a different product.
