Classic threadlocker
Loctite always works, so no mystery there. I did totally squirt myself in the face when I cut the tip off of the tube with scissors, so maybe be careful about that.

A must for a DIY'er
Not much to say about Loctite other than it's something every do it yourself'er should have in his/her garage. The blue takes care of most of your basic bolts. I use it on rear set bolts, front fender bolts, and just anything that is sees a lot of vibration. However use wisely and ask your mechanic about which bolts should not get Loctite'd

Good question because I really didn't need it for the mirror job for which it was purchased... Kept it because you never know when you just might need a thread locker.
