I'm not sure what type of bike you're hauling, but you might want to get a wheel chock for the front wheel, use ratcheting tie downs so you can get the tension needed to hold the bike securely, and be sure to tie the rear wheel down, the tailgate will stay put if the bike does. Don't forget to secure any other items you have in the bed, especially the ramp you just bought.
