Joe Rocket Women's Ballistic 7.0 Pants
Lots of adjustable features and great for a petite gal.
These are great for adventure riding and the adjustable hem and armor makes the length and protective areas fit perfectly (even for one who is 5'1). On a hot day, simply unzip the sides where you may need more airflow, making these more breathable if needed. If it's raining or cooler, it's easy to leave in or add in the waterproof liner. The extra protection for the knees and hips are also easily removable, which is desirable. The style is also nice, with little flowers embroidered on them, but very subtle and hardly noticeable (so nothing cheesy).

This is my first pair of adventuring motorcycle pants. I really like all the adjustable features- especially the customizable hem. The pants are comfortable and provide protection of the knees and hips.

I am 5'1 and was initially interested in these pants because of the adjustable hem. I was looking for an alternative to leather and something with protection that I could use during a track day. When I received these pants I was surprised at exactly how heavy and bulky they are. I'm guessing most motorcycle pants with this level of protection are just going to be heavy and bulky - something to get used to. I adjusted the hem to 31 (the shortest possible) which was still somewhat long for me. The liner was frustrating because it is not adjustable, so it stuck out longer than the pant. The liner can be taken out though, which is good because it stuck to my skin when I was hot. I ordered an XS on the advice of a revzilla person. My measurements were more in line with a S though, so these pants do run slightly big. The XS fits fairly well, but are a little bit snug in the waist.
Overall, I will keep these pants as I think they might be as close to a correct fit for a petite female as I am going to get! However, they are so warm, bulky, and heavy that I just don't see myself wearing them every time I get on my bike.
Very good material, protection, and durability in my opinion. Just be aware that you are buying fairly heavy duty riding pants!

Great pant for the money
I purchased this pant in Small for my wife (h: 5'-4", chest:33" waist: 30" hip: 35"). We do 3 season adventure riding so wanted something that was comfortable, water resistant, warm (for those cold days) and offered good protection. For the Joe Rocket women's line I (we) were very happy with what we got for the money. The fitment is spot on (see above) and so far has been a great addition to her Joe Rocket Atomic 4.0 jacket (which she loves). We have not tested the 'waterproof' layer but in small amounts of rain it has been good. Another plus is the tailoring and style which retains the women's shape and doesnt make them look like a box. I highly recommend this pant for the money.

Fits true to size
I tried on many women's pants, but these fit the best and are true to size. Length is adjustable as well as knee pads. Very comfortable.

Perfect for the tall gal
I like these because they're functional, but mostly because they're the only pants on the market with a 35" length. You can adjust them to 33" or 31", and they have a waterproof liner. The details make that a little unclear by calling them waterproof...the pants aren't but the zip out liner is.
I dinged them on comfort because they're cut for males as other reviewers have noted. When sitting, the front rides up and pulls in while the back gaps. If they changed that around, I'd give it a 5.

I've had these pants for 2 years, and they've been through snow, rain, and across the country! They are very warm and totally waterproof.
The inner liner is a nice thickness so when you zip it out it allows a decent amount of air-flow to comes in. This came in hand when we went from Canada to Arizona...big temp change!
The pants have a series of buttons at the bottom so you can tighten the pants around your boots, and they also have horizontal buttons to make the pants slightly shorter, which is nice because I found they a bit on the long side.
I am a size 26 waist and I bought a small which was a mistake, because they are a bit baggy...the XS would've fit much better. There are velcro tightening wraps at the waist which would be good if you're not sure if a Small or XSmall is best for you tho, or if you want to wear some thick pants or jeans under them.
I wear Lululemon pants under and I still find them a bit big.
Overall, these are excellent all-season pants, with nice protection in the knees, and soft protection around the hips. They've been very durable and I would definitely recommend them to any gal looking for textile pants that they can ride for miles in! These are not as abrasion-proof as a good leather pant, but depends what you want...if you want something more sporty/stylish, check out the Dainese lineup of leather 1 & 2Piece suits - very nice!! That's my next purchase:D

Wore these pants during a torrential downfall and was completely dried. The only thing is that it makes a lot of noise when you walk in them. These pants are also very heavy about 5lbs., otherwise very satisfied with the quality and value.
