Like others have mentioned, fitment was a little tight, esp. around the cheek areas in size small. The chrome styling with red graphics was a little too loud for my taste. So if you want a helmet that gets you noticed this helmet will be good for you. I ended up exchanging this helmet for a Shoei Qwest Helmet - Solid anthracite and am very glad I did because the Shoei was a better helmet in all aspect even though at a slightly higher cost but well worth the money. Compared to the Shoei Qwest, the Icon Airframe Claymore Chrome Helmet was very noticeable heavier and bulkier helmet. However at clearance price of $199 the Icon Airframe Chrome offers a lot of features for the price. Hope that helps.

Looks wise, its amazing. The chrome really shines and the whole helmet is sharp.
The fit is slightly small. It fits almost the same as my small Shoei.
The airflow is amazing and plentiful, it has a suprising low level of buffeting (even compared to my Shoei), and the liner is quite comfortable. The helmets features feel reasonably solid for a helmet of this price range, in my experience more expensive ones have the little details like a solid feeling chinstrap etc. The only feature that isn't so great is the visor clip on system, but once youre used to it it's not so bad.
Also, I dont know how they do it, but the anti-fog system deserves special mention. I'm used to having to buy attachments etc to keep the fog away but this helmet just does it. Somehow.
Get the right size and you can't go wrong with this bad boy. I look forward to crashing in it.

I wore an HJC in large, I measured my head on the icon chart and it measured as a large. I received the helmet and it is too small. The cheek pads are too tight and the helmet presses on my forehead until it aches. I had to order an XL liner and cheekpads on ebay to fix the issue. Consider purchasing a size larger.

This helmet is the dogs bollocks, after lots of deliberation on the colour, I plumped for the green one with a green visor, the finish is out of this world, certainly has the WOW factor. I ordered the 3XL as I bought a GMAX last year the same size. fits like a glove, slighty more snug than the GMAX, Visor is dark enough for bright sunlight but not too dark for riding at dawn or dusk. I would recomend the purchase of this helmet to anyone, at $360 "It's a steal"

I cannot stress enough how amazed I am by this helmet. I have had several top end helmets in my time by arai, hjc, and kbc. This helmet though does it all. It's very loud nor very quiet, it's just right. The air flow is also top notch. best air flow by far, more than any other helmet. also NO wind buffeting at all. The attention to detail on this helmet is just insane. Put a shoei or arai sticker on this helmet and it'll sell for about $900. I used to think icon was for all show. all bark and no bite. Boy was I wrong. You cant tell in the pics but little things icon does with this helmet too keep it very aerodynamic is amazing. Even that litle notch under the front chin area to spread the wind away to the sides instead of under & in really works. That same notch is on the back. Also, best neckroll ive ever seen on a helmet. NO air is getting in there. Also, the pics dont do it any justice. This baby is a beauty and demands attention. I know I went on a bit of a rant here and I almost sound like an icon rep, but I chose this helmet over an arai corsair (arai's top model) and I was really worried I may have made a mistake. I am so happy I went this route instead. Not only is it a better helmet in my opinion, but it is also about $500 cheaper. So yes I am very excited about this. The helmet is a work of art. I mean, even the stock liner comes with a matching graphic scheme. Who does that?? Even the helmet back comes with a cool camo design and also has a buttoned pocket to put your extra faceshields. It's also designed so you can carry it like a backpack. All this for $320? I feel like a criminal. This is it! This is the real deal. If you are thinking about buying this helmet, stop thinking and buy it now. You'll understand my giddiness once you recieve it.

Helmets aren't really made specifically for women or men. Its just the color schemes that differ. So the pink may be marketed towards women, but the rest of the colors would be fine for whoever wants them.
