If you wear a size 11/44 race boot, we would recommend a size Large in the Firstgear Rubber Overboot.

Answer: 
I would go with a size LG, typically your shoe size says MD to me, but TCX fits wider than most. Keep in mind that these overboots, are a good deal taller than the X-Cube.
