Love these things I have been using these on ATV helmets for about 10 years and won't buy a helmet without getting these. It makes taking and putting on helmets so much faster October 6, 2015
does what it says Easy to install, and does what it's supposed to. I am used to a ratchet style quick release on previous helmets, which I would still prefer. This one is a little cumbersome when you're fumbling around and not looking at what you're doing. Maybe that will subside as I use it more. Either way, it feels secure and hasn't failed, and it wasn't a huge investment, so I would recommend it. May 13, 2015
great quick release Works great on my helmet, makes it much easier for when I forget and put the gloves on first. May 11, 2015
works as advertised Really like the quick release idea , so much easier then D rings and this works great, no tools required installs in minutes. May 1, 2015
difficult to close My previous helmet (Nolan) came with a quick release latch so when I was shopping for a new helmet I wanted that feature. The helmet I chose did not have that but then I saw this product and tried it. First, it was easy to install on the helmet BUT it is difficult to match the 2 ends up in order to close it when the helmet is on your head. The design of the Nolan quick release was much better in that it had a long 'tongue' which was simple to insert into the female end. This product has a small "C" shaped end that is NOT easy to insert into the female end. I even attempted it in front of a mirror and it was difficult, no way this would work out on the side of the highway etc. I also tried this on my wife's helmet but she didn't have any better luck, I returned it and hope some one makes a better designed release. This product is fantastic This is comfortable, east to install & cuts off lots of fiddling with doing up & undoing your helmet, It feels just as strong/safe as not having it one. April 27, 2015
Thing 1 on all my helmets! The Echo quick release just plain works, and simplifies the process of helmet on/off immensely. I have put these on my last three helmets, and can't see ever using a D-Ring again. March 9, 2015
Must Have This is a must have item for any helmet with D rings. It takes about 2 minutes to install and provides a secure fit. June 24, 2014
