Dunlop Vintage K81 Tires, front & rear These tires are as good as you're going to get unless you can find some in a cool dark garage that say Made in Great Britain. Delivery was lightning fast and the total cost was very reasonable. If Revzilla sells what I'm looking for, I'll get it from them. January 4, 2010

There are no tires that can be mounted on a spoked rim without a tube unless you have a tube solution, such as:
Foam balls
Foam insert
Tube eliminator kit
or
Have a BMW with the perimeter spokes

Question is: if this tube-type tire is mounted on a cast (non-spoke) wheel designed for tubeless tires, is it necessary to use a tube?
