Fantastic tire This tire is exactly what other reviewers describe. Once I mounted it the improvement in handling and grip were immediately noticeable. Most impressive however is the great performance in the wet. I can't speak to tread life yet as I've only put about 1,000 miles on it but other than that I am very pleased with this purchase. WTF?? I come to the webpage to read various reviews of Dunlop Elite 3 Bias Ply Touring Rear Tire. And what do all the reviews discuss? Radial tires! If I wanted to read about radials, I would have gone to the radial tire reviews. Are those who submit comments illiterate? FWIW, Dunlop factory reps claim the GL1800 *must* use the Elite 3 radials and the GL1500 *must* use Elite 3 Bias Ply tires. They have different profiles; they are not interchangeable, and they should never be mixed. I am considering changing brands and want to read reviews before deciding what I will purchase. Best motorcycle tire for safety & durability. Have used these tires previously. Provides a great ride and has excellent traction & wears well. Would not consider using any other product. June 8, 2015
Very dependable tire. Used this product previously & very satisfied with the overall performance. Have not mounted this tire yet. Old tire still has some life to it. June 8, 2015
wow...great new tire! I ordered the front and back tires and it seemed like I got them the next day! The new MT (Multi tread) is outstanding. I feel like I can lean my Victory Vision further then ever! Thanks Revzilla for the speedy delivery! December 23, 2014
Perfect for my Victory Vision Tour Premium Great tire with plenty of grip and staying power.. Seems to wear well and anticipate around 8k on this tire from what I got previously...and these are NOT riden gently. The groups I ride with are all on sport tourers and ride aggressive, these tires allow me to at least keep them in sight...haha...highly recommended. November 3, 2014
Very Bad Cupping Had these on my 93 Goldwing. They felt good on the road. Never had any issue with them feeling like they might slip. No problems wet or dry. I did get very bad cupping on the front. The rear also had cupping. Along with that came some pretty hard headshake. It is slightly the nature of the beast, but I felt like it started a whole lot sooner than it should have. I didn't know until I changed them out for Bridgestone G701 and G702's that they had terrible road noise. Now I can actually hear the radio again. Talking with my local Honda dealer, he said he rides with the Bridgestones and a lot of the headshake should go away with these tires. So far so good. It feels like a brand new bike running with the Bridgestones. I don't think I'd ever put them on my bike again. May 29, 2014
Good tire, worth 20K miles on GL1800 This tire does not cup and will generally run 20,000 mile son the front of my GL1800. Almost all these miles are interstates. June 16, 2014
