Dunlop Elite 3 Radial Touring Front Tires

These radial touring tires deliver great mileage and handling for most big radial-shod touring motorcycles.

  • Wear resistance is substantially improved with more even-wear characteristics providing increased mileage plus great traction.
  • The E3 tread pattern provides class-leading wet-pavement performance, even through large puddles of standing water.
  • The E3’s sport-derived profile provides a lively response in turn transitions and a solid feel through turns for confident cornering.
  • Custom-style 21-inch front tires are also available in 120/70R21 for custom applications.

Perfect for my Victory Vision Tour Premium Great tire with plenty of grip and staying power.. Seems to wear well and anticipate around 8k on this tire from what I got previously...and these are NOT riden gently. The groups I ride with are all on sport tourers and ride aggressive, these tires allow me to at least keep them in sight...haha...highly recommended. November 3, 2014
Good tire, worth 20K miles on GL1800 This tire does not cup and will generally run 20,000 mile son the front of my GL1800. Almost all these miles are interstates. June 16, 2014
Great tire. Last longer than any other tire ive tried. Great traction. June 2, 2014
Very Bad Cupping Had these on my 93 Goldwing. They felt good on the road. Never had any issue with them feeling like they might slip. No problems wet or dry. I did get very bad cupping on the front. The rear also had cupping. Along with that came some pretty hard headshake. It is slightly the nature of the beast, but I felt like it started a whole lot sooner than it should have. I didn't know until I changed them out for Bridgestone G701 and G702's that they had terrible road noise. Now I can actually hear the radio again. Talking with my local Honda dealer, he said he rides with the Bridgestones and a lot of the headshake should go away with these tires. So far so good. It feels like a brand new bike running with the Bridgestones. I don't think I'd ever put them on my bike again. May 29, 2014
Reliable and Dependable My 3rd E3, because I find it the best overall value and I like the handling for my 99 Victory Classic Cruiser. I researched all the available tires in the stock size, and found this has the highest load rating. Coupled with good experience for tread life, handling and traction, I am sticking with the Dunlop E3. December 23, 2013
You can trust these tires I have been using these on my Victory Hammer since 2005 and I have never had any issues. I am a full time rider in all weather conditions. I have all the confidence in the world in these tires. Expect 10K miiles from the rear and 16K from the front with all ranges of riding, agressive to cruising. You must exercise the full range of the rear tire to keep that crown or you will run a flat spot in the middle. So go ahead, keep those turns fast and on the peg feelers with confidence. Dunlop Elite 3 Front Tire This tire performs and wears well. I decided to go with this tire after riding 16,000 miles in all conditions in the Northeast from blistering hot riding to cold and rainy conditions. September 10, 2013
Take it from THIS biker chick!!! I have ridden the HECK out of allll kinds of tires..metzlers for years, and everything you can imagine..mostly on crotch rockets. I transitioned after 16 yrs to riding a cruiser in 2010. I bought a 2007 VStar 1300 custom and run these tires. FREAKIN awesome in traction, tire life, even in the stupid wet constant unpredictable rainy weather of Alabama (God help me..Im from L.A....how did I end up HERE?!) I put these through the ringer throwing that big heavy bike around like a sport bike on this big fat tire..BOTH of them handle awesome on gravel, wet, highway, street. Will never ride anything else on this bike and when I replace this one with another..Ill be looking for THESE tires..worth EVERY PENNY!! September 6, 2013

J. Luis V: I think it depends if the rear tire is a Radial, otherwise tire companies doesn't recomend the mix of a radial and a bias ply tire on any motorcycle. Mar 6, 2014
