Good cover, zipper is an extravagance Really like this cover. Is true to the sizing chart - fits my '99 Road Star like a champ. The only "negative" was I paid extra for the model with a zipper, but honestly, you don't need a zipper. Just buy the model without the zip. September 29, 2014
Just the cover I needed I have a Victory Cross Country Tour and not all covers will fit. This cover fits great and keeps the bike clean when not in use. July 7, 2014
Excellant cover! I have the XL for my 2011 Harley Fatbob that has the rigid locking saddlebags installed. This cover fits great and keeps my Harley surprisingly clean and dry. It even held up perfectly through a tropical storm that blew in with 60-70mph winds and driving rain. Highly recommended! September 22, 2013
Dowco cover Great product that last a long time now improved with the zipper for easy access. January 28, 2013
Super cover The cover fits great. It is much thicker than most covers and requires some effort to fold and store. October 30, 2008

John H asked: Trying to decide on this one with EZ Zip or the Weatherall Plus without it. The regular version says waterproof but the EZ Zip version says water resistant (I'm guessing due to the zipper). Does the version do a good job of keeping water out or is the zipper pretty porous? Chris J: Hi John, Let me start by saying that I'm please with my purchuse from Ravzilla'. The cover was a bit more money than most other competitors, but worth it in its construction & design. I made my purchuse to cover my bike in the winter only, so I can't awnser your ques. concerning the zipper protection against rain, but if it's a real concern you might want to goto a camping store and buy a waterproof roll on for tents zippers and tent seams, which will do the trick for under $10. Hopefully this helps' Be safe & ride on wheels down! Enjoy! Chris Jaws

Gary G: I'm sorry I can't help with this question. I do have the EZ zip cover for my 2012 Goldwing , but I always keep my bike in the garage. One of my sons likes to do woodworking projects and this keeps all the sawdust off my bike. I do think that if you used the cover outside that the zipper would not allow water in and if so it would probably be a very small amount. The zipper makes it much easier to get the cover over a large bike like the Goldwing.Good Luck !! John H: Thanks for the insight. What size do you have for your Goldwing? I have an 06 Honda ST1300 and ordered the XL Feb 17, 2014
Robert Z: I would say if it is going to be exposed to rain i would go without the zipper. Mine is in a carport so rain is not a concern. This is my second cover like this. The first one after 5 years the zipper did wear out and i was spaying WD-40 to keep it lubricated but with dust and wear and tear it finally wore out. I like the convenience of being able to get into the bags easily but would choose one without if it was going to be out in the rain. Feb 21, 2014

Randy D asked: I am curious about fitment on a 2014 BMW 1200 GS adv. with panniers and top case? Sep 1, 2014

Robert Z: Hi Randy,
i use the extra large ez zip on my yamaha fjr-1300 and Ducati 1200S Multistrada. Both are a good fit. I never kept the top case on when covered and the cover would just touch the ground while having the side cases on so you can be the judge of how much it would be raised when covering with the top case. blane

RevZilla: Given the size of the 2012 Honda Goldwing and assuming you have the windshield and saddle bags attached, our best recommendation would be the 3 XL. Apr 2, 2012
