I bought this for more storage on my FJR for a 5 day trip. It held all the extra stuff I needed that wouldn't fit in my saddle bags. It strapped to my passenger seat with ease and stayed put even under highway speeds, twisty roads, and rough coastal roads. The most important thing was the waterproof cover actually worked! We got rain for part of every day and rode for 4 hours in driving rain one day. When we stopped, all the contents were still dry. I'd recommend to anyone looking for a tailbag of this size.
