I bought two of these hements abought a month ago the large I bought has had no problems. The store where i bought these helments replaced the medium because the shield came off. Just picked up the new medium yesterday now the bottom of the helment has come off. The screws that hold this part on were loose so when my wife close the front it broke this part!

Your best bet honestly, is to contact the company that made the helmet. Tell them nicely what's going on with some pictures, and they may even send you the replacement parts for free. But even if they make you pay for them, they are probably the only company with the actual parts. Outside of visors and screws and such of course.
