XD Cheek Pad Replacment
Makes my $500 dollar helmet feel like a $500 dollar helmet. The stock 22mm cheek pads had my face smooshed looking like a fish. The 12mm replacements made a world of difference.

Overpriced and worth every penny
Replacing the standard 20mm cheek pads w/ 11mm pads absolutely transformed the comfort of my new Arai XD3.
As always, dealing with RevZilla was a pleasure. Great products, knowledgable staff and quick service. RevZilla rocks!

Expensive but worth it imo.
I bought this because the stock pads were too thick. They squeezed my cheeks together to the point of being uncomfortable so I went from 25mm to 15mm cheek pads and now it's perfect! It's like the helmet was made for me. The difference was night and day. The cheek pads was worth the asking price but that doesn't change the fact that it's still priced a bit high.

A needed part
Apparently I have larger cheeks than most people because I always need to swap out the cheek pads. I traded my 20mm stock XD3 pads out for these 12's and am very happy with the fit and the break in on them.
They break in about 2mm on the 12's vs about 4mm on the 20's

Paul D: Love my Arai XD3, but the standard check pads are too tight. This should make it the perfect fitJul 28, 2014
Richard G: my standard cheek pads fits me great when I've my helmet on but while putting the helmet on/off squeezes my ears & hurts. I'm hoping to fix the issue with smaller head-liner & cheek pads. Otherwise, the xd-3 is one FANTASTIC helmet!May 11, 2014
Chris C: Needed to change the fit of my helmet. It worked!Feb 6, 2014
Paul D asked:What is the standard (stock) thickness of the cheek pads on the Arai XD3? I need thinner ones than stock. Thank youJul 22, 2014
Not sure of size, it will be listed on the inside of the cheek pad, I actually had to go up a size. Just be carefull pully pad out, push towards rear then pull front section out, i did this the opposite and damaged nylon lip Jul 23, 2014
Peter Q:Mine came with 20mm, I think this can vary from the factory. If you take the pads out, they should be stamped on the back. I dropped down to 12 mm, it made a big difference. Hope this gels you out! Jul 23, 2014
