Awesome
Wife has a small Arai helmet and she wanted it to fit a lil more snug. Got her the XS 40mm cheek pads and now her helmet fits perfectly.

Worth The Effort
My local BMW sold me the helmet several years ago, it has always been too tight in the cheeks, of course they told me it would contour to fit with wear. I didn't know the cheek pads were replaceable and I doubt if they did or cared. Retailers ought to be properly trained to fit riding gear.
I'm very pleased with the informative and educational efforts put forth by Revilla

Helmet needed to be freshened up
After riding a few years in the Texas heat, it was time to replace some of the lining of my helmet. Since I have a narrow face, I went up a size on the cheek guards. Helmet smells sweet and fits perfectly.

cheaper than a second helmet
I bought a set of slightly smaller pads for my Arai helmet so I could use my race helmet on the street. I fit my helmet more snugly for racing than for street riding so this option allowed me to use the same helmet for both.
They are easy to change.
Revzilla came through fast and at a competitive price.

Great product from a great company
I love my Arai helmet, but it was just a tad bit tight in the face. I purchased the next size down pads from the ones that normally come in my size (Large), and the fit is now perfect. I couldn't be happier with the fact that Arai chooses to make minor fit adjustments available or the quality of the products. The installation was quick and easy. I've been riding for 41 years, and the Arai Profile (I have a round-oval head) is the best helmet that I have owned, by far.

Perfect Fit
Having a huge giant freak head, the 25mm pads that come standard in the XL Arai profile are just too tight. I got the 15mm replacement pads. Installation was easy and the 15mm pads make the helmet fit perfectly. As always Revzilla has warp speed shipping.

Good system
Not much to say about these, but if that new Arai is giving you the perpetual "fish mouth" a slightly thinner cheek pad is the answer. Actually, Arai's system of fit-the-crown-and-tweek-the-cheeks is pretty ingenious. I don't know how many other helmet manufacturers do things this way, but now that I've found just the right size, with just the right cheek pads I'm really, really impressed.

Cost-effective way to extend useful life of your Arai!
You paid a lot for that Arai lid; keep it comfy & fresh by replacing the comfort liner and cheek pads every few years. You'll be surprised at how much the fit changes over time. My Profile is about 4 years and ~24K miles old, so at the first slightest hint of discomfort in the forehead I hit up RevZilla for a new liner and cheek pads, which were promptly delivered. Installation is a snap (literally in the case of the comfort liner) following Arai's included instructions. Now my helmet fits and feels like it did right out of the box. Good to go for another couple of years, at which time it'll be time to replace it, which I do every 5-6 years regardless of condition.
